Stillwater Mini Ranch 🖼️ Welcome to our beautiful 18 acre homestead in Covington, OH. We love pups as much as you do! The farm has a 5 acre field, 10+ acres of woods with trails, a large healthy swimming pond, and 2000ft of river access. There are fresh water spigots available for use by the field and the barn. (*Add extra for fishing) Feel free to bring fishing gear and fish while you're here 🎣. Pond has largemouth bass, crappie, carp, and bluegill. Catch and release only please. (*Add extra for fishing) *The woods can flood in the spring with really high rain fall. It clears quickly, but may be inaccessible during your visit if heavy rains passed through the previous couple of days.* We hope you enjoy your time out here as much as we do. Wildlife sightings may include deer, fox, squirrel, rabbit, bald eagle, and more! 🦌🦊🐿️🐇🦅 *We have 3 dogs that are on a small fence around the house. There are a couple of barn cats that tend to keep their space and stay near the barn. There are 4 Nigerian dwarf goats 🐐 in a fenced in wooded area by the barn. We also free range chickens 🐓 around the barn area (we can keep them in the coup as needed). **The entire lot is an approved bird dog training grounds. If you are interested in training bird dogs, please speak with me to make arrangements. There will be costs involved OUTSIDE of sniffpass. I can share my cost sheet with you if you are interested in training your dogs or having me assist in training your dogs. ***Coming soon, farm stand with farm fresh eggs and who knows else! Come enjoy a play session with your pup in a secluded and feature rich environment. We ask that you clean up after yourself and your pup, there is a trash can at the shed by the swings, along with a pooper scooper and baggies. This is our main residence and there are cameras all around our property. Please respect our land as if it were your own.

We are a private apple orchard/cider in 12 acres. In the summer there are trails mowed into the tall grass. The trees will begin blooming in the spring. On the property there are chickens. Please keep the dogs from barking/scaring the chickens. They are free to sniff around the coop though. Be aware of hawks. They can kill small dogs under 15 lbs.

We have a farm with horses, cats, dogs of our own and many forms of wildlife. Our fields are open after fall harvest providing a lot of wide open spaces to roam. We also have a wooded spaces available. No dogs are permitted in the horse pastures for their safety and the safety of our horses.

Rural area lots of uncut field (over 4 acres) to run and play in. Great for dogs with high prey drive. Excellent space to teach recall and seek & find work. A large open area near the barn (approx 1 acre), grass mowed. Good for playing, training or general use.

5+ acres available for exploration. Partially wooded area and tall grass. Possibility of seeing wild animals like rabbits, foxes, deer, and more. Amenities to come soon.
