We live on 15 acres, and now have 1.5 acres fully fenced! It is all very flat land making for an easy stroll with your dogs. We are boarded on two edges by farm fields and two edges by neighbors. There is a trail that circles the property, with plenty of space to explore. During the summer, please take advantage of the small kiddie pool. There are also toys and chairs in the fenced area for all guests. Some seasonal things to keep in mind: Spring/fall when we have heavy rain, some areas could have standing water and/or be muddy. Mid to late summer, there are fox tails (cheat grass) that can cling to your dogs. Winter, the trails might not be plowed. There will be a 5gal bucket in the wood shed (inside the fenced area) full of water you can use to refill the two water bowls. Keep an eye out for trip hazards! Logs, sticks, uneven ground and holes.

*Due to the rain and weather the spot os pretty muddy* Are you looking for a nice place to let your furry friend run around and you get some steps in too, well then you are in the right spot. We have an acre fenced that we want dogs to come and enjoy a good run or a fun place to play ball. There is a shelter to stand under if needed with two chairs that can be moved as needed. Most of the area is flat and there are some trees is the back of the property with longer grass. You do have to walk up a little hill to get to the flat part but it is not bad. There is a parking area right outside the man-gate where you enter with a parking sign. We have put a chuck it with balls and a frisbee under the bench lid for you to use as well as weave poles and an adjustable jump for the pups to try out. Everything you need as far as water, water bowl and toys are all under the bench lid by the big tree. *Updated hours: more availability at night but know the mosquitos are bad when the sun goes down so please wear bug spray or use the bug spray provided. *With spring and summer coming more people are out so there may be noise while at the spot, we do have neighbors with kids and dogs. Google Maps will get you lost so once booked I will send directions directly via chat.

Fun place to take my fur babies! Lots of room and fun activities. They enjoy the pools! The host had been very accommodating for my needs of meeting me ahead ofbtime to ensure my dogs safety. I have two rescue and reactive dogs, so safety comes first. The host is knowledgeable in dog behavior and needs and had created a great sniff spot for dogs with specific needs like mine.

Our 2 dogs had an absolute blast! Our German Shepherd is dog reactive and so it is extra amazing to have a place for him to get extra exercise that is safe and fun for everybody! Such a wonderful time for us and our three pups! Very user friendly and smooth app from start to finish. Details provided on location, entry and what to expect were an exact match upon arrival. SO much for our pups to do and to our surprise, actually did pretty well with their first introduction to the agility equipment. Everything you could think of was provided there. Treats, toys, water containers throughout the property, first aid kit, chairs to sit, cover from the rain or sun. It was such a joy to see our dogs run free in such a clean, open, well frenced and safe area, exploring and taking in all the new scents. Needless to say, they crashed when back home...for quite awhile! We were very impressed and are planning a puppy play date in the future with a few friends. Can't wait to return. While public off-leash dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than city parks.
