We live on 15 acres, and now have 1.5 acres fully fenced! It is all very flat land making for an easy stroll with your dogs. We are boarded on two edges by farm fields and two edges by neighbors. There is a trail that circles the property, with plenty of space to explore. During the summer, please take advantage of the small kiddie pool. There are also toys and chairs in the fenced area for all guests. Some seasonal things to keep in mind: Spring/fall when we have heavy rain, some areas could have standing water and/or be muddy. Mid to late summer, there are fox tails (cheat grass) that can cling to your dogs. Winter, the trails might not be plowed. There will be a 5gal bucket in the wood shed (inside the fenced area) full of water you can use to refill the two water bowls. Keep an eye out for trip hazards! Logs, sticks, uneven ground and holes.

*Due to the rain and weather the spot os pretty muddy* Are you looking for a nice place to let your furry friend run around and you get some steps in too, well then you are in the right spot. We have an acre fenced that we want dogs to come and enjoy a good run or a fun place to play ball. There is a shelter to stand under if needed with two chairs that can be moved as needed. Most of the area is flat and there are some trees is the back of the property with longer grass. You do have to walk up a little hill to get to the flat part but it is not bad. There is a parking area right outside the man-gate where you enter with a parking sign. We have put a chuck it with balls and a frisbee under the bench lid for you to use as well as weave poles and an adjustable jump for the pups to try out. Everything you need as far as water, water bowl and toys are all under the bench lid by the big tree. *Updated hours: more availability at night but know the mosquitos are bad when the sun goes down so please wear bug spray or use the bug spray provided. *With spring and summer coming more people are out so there may be noise while at the spot, we do have neighbors with kids and dogs. Google Maps will get you lost so once booked I will send directions directly via chat.

We went on a rainy day and were so blessed to see that this park has a grass base. Our car thanks you for not requiring us to load muddy pups back inside! Mark had thought of everything - weave pokes, platforms, teeter totter and a tug station to name a few. A Perfect Playtime for Our High-Energy Pups! This was our second visit to Mark's, and we’re already booking for our third! Our two high-energy pups, littermates of two years old (a male and a female), had an absolute blast. The spot is spacious, clean, and secure, giving them plenty of room to burn off their energy. They loved chasing their Chuckit ball, running around, and, of course, sniffing every corner of the area. It’s such a relief to have a private, safe space where our pups can run and play without any distractions. The host is always friendly and accommodating, making sure we have everything we need for a fun and stress-free visit. If you have energetic dogs and are looking for a great spot to let them go wild, we can’t recommend this place enough!

"My pups absolutely love playing at this property! It’s a wonderful space for them to run around and enjoy themselves. I always feel good knowing they have so much room to explore. This is a really nice sniff spot! It's got a really high fence, trees, agility equipment, sandbox, toys, poo bags, water containers and tables for the people. We visited in the winter and our pups loved the little bit of snow that was on the ground. Mark is really responsive. I'm sure we will be regular visitors.
