The 50 acres is mostly timber, with a 7 acre pond that has water in it most of the year. It will dry up on really hot years. I do have chickens and pack goats by the house. But they are inside mesh fencing, so your dogs won’t be able to get to them. The 50 acres is completely fenced with a 3 to 5 strand Barbwire fence. It’s in good shape. It is also the property boundary. So as long as you stay inside of the fence, you will be on the property. There are not a lot of neighbors but the ones I have are nice. When you come up the driveway, you can pass the house and drive up on the hill and Park at the conex container. There is lots of wildlife on the property, and I highly recommend that your dog has some sort of tick repellent, we do have ticks in the spring time. The upper part of the driveway is not graveled, so if there’s melting snow, or a lot of ran, it can get muddy. So be prepared for that. This is our 3rd or 4th time here. I've went ahead and signed up for a membership. Black Pond Farm has great availability. This Sniffspot is always clean. Sometimes you can see giant Pacific salamanders. My Swissy loves running up and down the trails and exploring every nook and cranny. The seating area and canopy at the fair end of the trail is nice for a break. Today we practiced truffle hunting with scent tins. Thanks for offering such a lovely place for my dog and me.

Visited on a sunny day and even more beautiful. If you take the trail to ‘forbidden trail’ and continue, you can hike on for quite a way. We walked for 30 minutes and then headed back.

Made the drive up from Seattle and made a day of it! What a perfect afternoon getting to enjoy and explore this beautiful space. We kept our guy on a long line and he had a blast. Enjoyed exploring the forbidden path and felt like we could keep going forever. Definitely going to come back and book extra time!

Welp this is just about the most fun place ever, imagine being able to go for a hike with your baby and not worry about running into others? (Well we did see a rider on a horse but they were incredibly easy to avoid and it was just the one) Place is so huge we almost got lost in the woods but there are signs that definitely help. Was able to set up a blanket and have lunch while my dog romped and played instead of using the picnic tables by the zoom zone. The creeks and ponds are just breathtakingly beautiful. I think I’m just as obsessed with this place as my pup is, who is passed the heck out right now from our adventure.

This was our very first sniff spot experience. Our Vizsla had a blast! It’s nice the property is so big! We basically went on a off leash hike. We will for sure be back!!

Very nice spot that the owners have put a lot of care into. Felt a little restrictive and confusing in terms of access- lots of signs telling you where you could go and couldn’t go and some of the side trails led to private areas that weren’t marked, so we ended up in some of the areas we weren’t supposed to be in (specifically side trail near the first pond). It was a little limited in that sense and not truly 20 acres and that was disappointing. But a very nice spot nonetheless. Also GPS doesn’t send you to the right address, so be aware of that before you go. Also could hear hear neighboring dogs barking, so be aware of that- I about had a heart attack thinking they were going to come into the yard because my boy is dog aggressive!

Another wonderful trip. The trail makes it feel like you are off leash hiking and club zoomies is perfect for lots of fetch. The dogs did a lot of swimming in the upper pond today and had the best time.

What a delightful place for dogs and humans alike! Such well maintained trails, magnificent scenery, plenty of sticks to amuse my 2 year old GSD and inspiration for this human’s soul. We loved the waggy tail chill out spot and being able to see the horse in the pasture. Beautiful! We will be back!

Had a super great time and already can’t wait to come back! Love the trails, plus the option to play in the open Club Zoomies area. Well-maintained, good directions with lots of helpful signage, and no issues that came up. An all around great Sniffspot!!
