Our SniffSpot is located in the woods north of Chelan. You and your pup can roam our property as well as Wenatchee National Forest and DNR land. We regularly see deer, coyote, and other wildlife. Our property is not fenced, so you'll need good recall and perhaps some treats. While I am sure there could be rattlesnakes here, we have not seen one in the 9 years we have been on this property. When we had dogs, they roamed freely and without incident.

Very easy to find, park, and enter. My dogs loved it. My senior dog could lay in the middle to keep eyes on us, my mid energy older dog had tons of space to sniff around and my high energy puppies ran around the track along the perimeter and had tons of places to hide in the trees. The fence was secure and safe. The spot was very clean, dry for December, and had a lot of amenities.

We had a great time! We appreciated being able to make the reservation on pretty short notice, communication was great, and there was plenty of space for our sensitive pup to romp. It was an otherwise very quiet spot so when a neighbors dog did some alert barking it was tricky to redirect my pup, but we never saw them and across our 1.5 hour visit it only lasted a couple minutes.

Great space to let the pups run. Host was very communicative during scheduling/set up. The place has water and extra poop bags. There was a area where it was very thorny so we tried to keep our dogs out of that area. Overall, I would come back.

Great space for the pup to run around. He loved getting off of the paved sidewalks of Seattle. Just be careful of the thorns on the property. He got a little cut on his snout but no big deal. Host came out with a free hot chocolate because it was so cold. Will be back.

Absolutely excellent Sniffspot. Easy location, 202 is nearby but the home is tucked back in a neighborhood, very quiet. Our dogs had a blast and so did we. Great 4-5 ft fence lined with sturdy chiknwire so we never worried about our escape artist puppy even if we lost sight of him. Be prepared for some muddy paws if it has been raining 😊 Big enough to walk a few laps and throw lots of balls and sticks! Perfect place to breathe fresh air and have some stress free time with your dogs. Great for pup & human mental health! We will be back often!

Awesome property with lots of room to run in the woods! I really really appreciated the hose to rinse off after my dog found a small pond of dead animal stench. Just wished there was no stinky pond because I still can’t get the smell out of her. Would love to come back, maybe in the summer when things dry up.

Are dog fields safe?

If you are looking for an adventure, but also looking for safety, Sniffspot dog fields are a great option. While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, distracted dog owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private space for just you and doggy friends you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). Especially for training, privacy is ideal. What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot dog field?

We require that all four-legged friends have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not allow dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules. Make sure to check host rules before visiting to ensure, for instance, that you are following allowable sports activities rules and any special events rules.

Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot field at the same time as me?

No. Facility rentals are for private play time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the area during visits, so this is perfect for a private adventure for you and your doggie friends, and perhaps a human friend. Hosts understand that many guests have dogs in training and are nervous owners. So when you book a Sniffspot dog field you have the entire private spot to yourself. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between time slots so you will not run into other guest dogs or a previous person when coming or leaving in the field parking area. Some hosts may have multiple fields, but there is always a buffer between fields.
