As for you, enjoy being in the company of our barn circa 1840, which was featured in a local Western film in the 1970s. We have outdoor furniture for you to take it all in as you immerse yourself in the wonders of Silverton Road’s most charming home! If you’re lucky, you may just see some of our neighborhood’s beloved deer or chickens grazing in the field behind our property. When you’re done enjoying our property, be sure to visit Silverton Farms right down the road for fresh organic produce, eggs, honey and flowers. The size of the yard is approximately 6,426 square feet. Caveats: The landscaping looks worse in the early spring, late fall, and winter. The landscaping looks better in the late spring, summer, early fall, or in snow. There is a small steel garbage can where you can discard your poop bags before you leave, just inside the yard on the left side of the house (if you're looking at the house from the front). Huge fully fenced backyard with private entry and wire pet fencing throughout, the perfect place for off leash zoomies or quiet sniffs. There is a chicken coop in the yard which can be very stimulating! We keep the grass mowed regularly and try to keep the area clean. There is a seating area on the patio with umbrellas for shade and a small bench in the back by the fire pit.
