4/11/25 Trail Conditions Report: The trails are freshly groomed. Everything is ready for you and your pooch! The pond is full and beautiful. Here at Happy Trails 'N Tails we are so honored to be a part of your happy memories! That is why our guests travel here from Grand Rapids, Holland, Lansing, and Kalamazoo. We have Ten scenic wooded acres (square). FULLY FENCED IN. Walk along the pond and through the trees on groomed trails. There are also yard areas and a picnic table. Beautiful and private acreage with views of a 60-acre non-motorized lake. You are always the only one on the property when you visit! Canicross and Canicross Training welcome! One lap of our outer loop (through the woods) = 1/2 mile. We are set up nicely to practice 5K.

Experience the adventure of the forest and the joy of the lake on a quiet private road in the heart of the Manistee National Forest. With 3 acres of forest to run, a lake with dock to swim, open area to play and plenty of seating to relax or have a snack, this space offers plenty to entertain both canines and their people for hours. There's a picnic table to sit and have a snack or a fire pit with log seating for relaxing (no fires please, we are in a National Forest). Park anywhere along either of the two long wooded driveways. Please no driving or parking between the house and the barn. The property is not fenced however the property is bordered by a lake on one side, blank forest land on one side and quiet neighbors on the other 2 sides who are rarely seen from our property. We also have an outdoor dog wash station, groomed trails and poop bag dispensers with a garbage can coming soon! Note: The condition of the lake varies by season and can get quite mucky at times. We recommend bringing a towel or two. We have a dog wash station coming soon!

Beautiful open slope to the lake as well as wooded areas to explore. Island view, seating, water available, kid friendly no cigarette smoking. Can double the fee to add dock/fishing/fire pit access hourly.

We are a small hobby farm that is on a private lake. We have fencing around the perimeter of the property. We have some woods as well as a few open areas. All our animals are fenced in. Nice spot on a dead end road with good space between neighbors.

5 acres of land for dogs to roam! A section is fully fenced in.

We live on 5 acres not fenced in. The property buts up to a golf course. Beautiful place to walk, or train your dog. We mow about 3 acres of the 5. Snow removal is only by the pole barn. We have Rottweiler on an invisible fence. She is friendly and playfully.

We have everything to make this experience one for the books and for a dog to have their best time! We have a private entrance through a gate to enter the yard! (Your not allowed inside the house) You can lay in the hammock or sit in the sun on a chair while your dog runs and plays! You can work on confidence building with our little tikes climbers, trampoline or teeter totter (all with grippies on it for traction!). Will your dog bolt through a fence? We have long lines! Dog gets to hot? We have 3 kiddie pools! Also a big bucket for drinking water! Dog takes a big poop? We got scoopers and a bucket (clean up after your dog) Dog gets dirty? We have a small bathing station (holds up to 90lbs) with flea shampoo, brushes, and nail clippers (the water is hose water)!! Get hungry? Eat a crabapple (no litetally) we have 3 trees! Forgot a ball? We have plenty! Does your dog like to run through tall grass? We have a spot for that as well! Does your dog want to take home his ball from his trip? DO ITT! *we are NOT liable if your dog gets hurt. We do NOT have a public bathroom (no, seriously you can't come inside), clean up after your dog*

Cool secluded field downsloping. Park wherever you'd like to just off driveway, or in front of barn on cement pad. I will be adding photos and water hose and other things if people use it a lot.

Nice trails I cut through the entire property, parking available aswell! Walk next to the water, there is a big lake and a few ponds, a wonderful sanctuary! No fences!
