Our dogs will be kept inside at all times while you are there. (You may hear them barking when you first arrive). -There is a hose and water bowl for your use, along with some dog ropes, balls, and bones. *We ask you to please pick up after your pet and keep our yard clean! Welcome to our Delaware oasis, a 10-acre testament to nature’s beauty on a horse farm. Our family’s heart holds a special place for my first dog, Cody, a spirited soul who taught us resilience. If Sniffspot existed then, it would’ve been a haven for us, a place to learn and grow without the fear of hills and unpredictability. In his memory, we offer this space – a peaceful realm for training, exploration, and connection, just like Cody would have loved.

Property is old farmland. The back fence is 6 foot horse fence and the front is 4 foot horse fence. There is a man door at the back of the property to use. Park on the grass on the outside of the fence.

It is a fenced-in gated corrall located in the front yard. Approximately 1/2 acre to run around and play in. Seating is available.

Fully enclosed backyard with shade around the sides from the trees. There are some small gaps so the smallest of pup owners may want to be wary. You are welcome to park in my driveway or on the street in front of the home. Please stay off the deck. There is a patio on the ground where beach chairs are available for people to sit. Water is also available from the garden hose under the deck to wash your pup or to give them a drink. Place your trash in the trash can under the deck stairs prior to leaving.

Fully fenced back yard with seating fire pit and grill, great place to train, play with, or just let your dog stretch their legs.

Fully fenced town house yard. Good for small dogs. Good for dogs recovering from a health issue but will still have outside time. If you want to work (with wifi) and don't want your dog to go to far but still enjoy outside time.....this is the place for you! Bags provided for picking up your dogs poo. Water bowl next to outdoor hose for a drink. Wifi available and a table with chairs provided for the humans! Something new and something different for a small outting!

We have a fully fenced in yard which is about half an acre. There are toys & water sources. There is a trash can close by and there is plenty of road side parking. The grass is well maintained and your pup can have a great time running around. Your pup can enjoy their time in the yard.

Parking Park in the Driveway or on the street in front of my house. Space This is my fully fenced in backyard in a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of chairs to sit and sunbathe or enjoy the shade and the sway of the trees. I have neighbors, everyone is kind. I share a fence on both sides of the yard and the bamboo fence side neighbor has a dog. The back of the yard backs up to the woods. Entering the yard Let yourself into the backyard on either side of the house(left is easier) and close and latch the gate. Things to consider If you have a very small dog or puppy, there is a small space under the back fence they could potentially slip under. For Humans I have a cooler out back with water bottles, sunscreen and bug spray for your use. For Furry Friends There are two water bowls you can refill with the hose attached to the house. There's a blue bin with toys you can use. Doggie bags are also provided. Trash Please clean up after your dog, seal the bag and put it in the bin in the blue trash can along with other trash.
