I am a working horse farm and fields are anywhere from a smaller paddock to about 3 acres. Horses get moved around so location changes as to what is available. No climb 4'6" fencing, however there are spots a small dog can get under. Better situation for dogs that have a call back and are not gamey as I have many farm animals they could come in contact with if are not with owner. I have a toilet in the barn for use, plenty of electric outlets and water. Wash stall can also be used for hot water baths after visit. Dogs must be obedient to owners and non animal or human aggressive. You can also walk around the outside of the property on leash and go into Earleville state park land directly behind me.

Welcome to our Delaware oasis, a 10-acre testament to nature’s beauty on a horse farm. Our family’s heart holds a special place for my first dog, Cody, a spirited soul who taught us resilience. If Sniffspot existed then, it would’ve been a haven for us, a place to learn and grow without the fear of hills and unpredictability. In his memory, we offer this space – a peaceful realm for training, exploration, and connection, just like Cody would have loved.

Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for you pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please! Any additional people should be added under "extras".

Enjoy a beautiful, fully-fenced, grass-covered yard for your four-legged babies! My yard includes a large deck and table with umbrella for shade. Sip an herbal tee refreshment (hand-crafted by the herbalist owner) and light snacks (for people and fur-babies!) and relax while your fur-baby runs, gets their energy out and enjoys sunshine and much-needed exercise. Doggie toys will be provided or bring your nabies favorites play along with them! Clean water bowls and cooling mats are provided on the deck for when they need a break, too. I even have a small doggy pool for them to splish and splash in! I am a huge animal lover and own dogs of my own who are my children. My dogs (chihuahua-mix and pug) will remain indoors during your sessions to ensure safety for all. Plenty of doggy poopy bags will be provided and all waste will be expected to be picked up before you leave. *I do require vaccination records for rabies before coming onto the property.*

If your looking for a place your dog can run freely and safely, this is the spot for you. We have dog toys, water bowls, a hose, and a doggy pool (weather permitting) that can be enjoyed on hot summer days. For our human friends, comfy chairs, a fire pit (upon request), and a large umbrella are available for your enjoyment. Private entrance in/out of yard. Of note: there are two pest control boxes around the perimeter of our yard. They are completely pet safe, as we have two dogs of our own. Please reach out if you have any concerns!

Welcome to our backyard! You would never know it from the street but behind my house is a hidden gem in the city. It is fully fenced and dogs large and small cannot escape. It has multiple areas to sniff and things to look at. For 3/4 of the year we are beautifully shaded. Dogs can run hang out but mostly they just love to sniff.

Fully fenced back yard with seating fire pit and grill, great place to train, play with, or just let your dog stretch their legs.

Come visit this private, fully gated yard in the city. A cement walkway to the right of the house brings you to the 3ft high gate featuring two entrances. Within there is a patio with table and chairs, grassy area for your fur baby, and pole incase your pup requires a tether. For patrons booking 2hrs or more, feel free to use the grill provided you clean and empty it prior to the end of your stay. There are no neighboring dogs to worry about. The neighbors are friendly and may even ask if they can give your dog a treat.

Open, secure outdoor area that provides plenty of room for dogs to run, exercise, and explore. With a fenced perimeter, your dog can enjoy the grassy areas for comfort and play. Toys provided to allow your pup to engage in activities like fetch, running, sniffing, and exploring. A table with 4 chairs are provided for the humans. We do have neighbors with dogs that may be visible during your stay. See you soon!

Fully enclosed backyard with shade around the sides from the trees. There are some small gaps so the smallest of pup owners may want to be wary. You are welcome to park in my driveway or on the street in front of the home. Please stay off the deck. There is a patio on the ground where beach chairs are available for people to sit. Water is also available from the garden hose under the deck to wash your pup or to give them a drink. Place your trash in the trash can under the deck stairs prior to leaving.

The yard is huge and plenty of space for dogs to run and play. The backyard is essentially broken up into two sections with the pool in the middle. Dogs are not allowed in the pool during the season. If your dog tends to jump in pools on their own, please do not request my space. I have toys and agility equipment for the dogs to use. Water bowls and water access will be available for use.

Fully fenced town house yard. Good for small dogs. Good for dogs recovering from a health issue but will still have outside time. If you want to work (with wifi) and don't want your dog to go to far but still enjoy outside time.....this is the place for you! Bags provided for picking up your dogs poo. Water bowl next to outdoor hose for a drink. Wifi available and a table with chairs provided for the humans! Something new and something different for a small outting!
