Welcome to our 1 acre fully fenced private dog park! Some quick tips, make sure to look for our brick driveway as some GPS systems will navigate to our neighbors house. The gates are cattle style gates, to enter the backyard lift straight up on the back metal lever and push forward. Our fencing is mostly split rail fencing with some privacy fencing as well. There is wire around the entire perimeter to ensure safety. If you have extra small or toy size dogs I would recommend caution, but the fence is secure. We occasionally hear some dogs barking in our neighborhood, and my dogs on occasion but rarely may bark as well. I would also note that there are a few indoor/outdoor cats in our neighborhood that can be seen from time to time. There is a train that runs along the back of the house beyond the fence up on the hill. The dogs never seem to mind it though! Other than that, it is a very quiet neighborhood. I hope you enjoy!

Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for you pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please! Any additional people should be added under "extras".

A private, fully fenced area in southern Lancaster County. There are trees for shade and plenty of room for running and playing! I have two of my own dogs that use the space, but I will ensure my dogs cannot enter the yard during visits. All guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and respecting the space.

What I love about the yard is you can pretty much see the entire area from anywhere you stand so it makes for more relaxing and less worrying when your dog is out of sight. The lot is longer than it is wide so your dog can get in good long runs! We keep the yard low maintenance so few flower beds. Thanks for visiting!

What was once a totally vacant lot, is now a cozy green space with trees and small brush, woodchipped pathways and native flowers and plants. Welcome to our peaceful, fully fenced haven for dogs. We offer a grassy retreat where you and your dogs can play fetch, sun bathe and relax in the hammock and swing. When the weather is warm, we put out a kiddie pool for water play, and you may also use the garden hose, if needed. You can also have breed meetups, pup birthday parties, dog training, litter mate reunions, photo shoots, and foster or adoption meet & greets in the privacy of your own Sniffspot. Come play!
