Very nice size fenced yard with sun and shade. It was nice to have all grass, no dirt or mud! This is great for people that don't have a backyard, fenced backyard, and/or don't care for dog parks. Our dog loved sniffing, running, and resting off leash, and we appreciated giving her the opportunity to do so. We also appreciated the large trees for shade on a hot day! We brought water, toys, and poop bags. Next time I think we'll bring a couple chairs since our dog spent a lot of time sniffing and exploring the yard. We took our poop bag with us since we could not find the garbage can that we were told was available in our confirmation. We parked across the street at the church per the owners preference and crossed the street, although I would have preferred to park in the driveway. The owner did say that we could park in their driveway and probably would have done so if it was a busier time of day. The street was not very busy on a Sunday morning so it was not an issue. I would definitely book this yard again! Thank you for offering your yard!

This was a great spot for my dog to unwind! He actually was tired at the end of our stay. Dennis was very accommodating and provided treats and water and plastic bags, but more importantly he gave us privacy and space which my dog loved.

PERFECT fully fenced in yard for our pups. They had a total blast and left happy and tired. The yard was neat and the owner left all kinds of items like dog treats, human water and dog water.

The fence is great! Water was fresh and cold so that was very nice, and there was a tray of treats and a bowl of tennis balls - much appreciated. Yard was clean and free of any traces of other dogs! There are some spots where I had to worry about my dog getting under the house near the stairs, so I had to be careful there, but I noticed a baby gate nearby so I could probably have used that if it was a problem - I just chose to watch my dog carefully and pull her back when needed. Owner was there when I arrived and left and spoke to me both times, so if you prefer to come and go privately, you may want to message ahead of time to arrange that.

Super awesome very high fence perfect for big dogs had lots of tennis balls and even gave us a water bowl for Palo so he didn’t get too hot. He loved running around.

This spot was heaven for our dog! She loved being able to run throughout the yard fetching her ball and take a dip in the pond to cool off. It was also fully fenced so we didn’t have to worry about her wondering elsewhere. We drove an hour to visit this spot and it was so worth it! We will be back soon ❤️🐾🌳

Such a beautiful place!! Easy access and FULLY fenced in! My dog loved swimming in the pond and free roaming (being nosey lol). The host gave us all the privacy for a contactless trip. Definitely coming back!!

Our two dogs LOVED this Sniffspot. Lots of room to run and things to sniff. Fence is secure. Pond had some algae which caused for some stinky green dogs, but nothing a bath can’t fix. Property was super easy to enter with the code provided. Plenty of seating and benches available to relax between rounds of fetch. I’d highly recommend this Sniffspot and we can’t wait to make the trip back :)

This spot is amazing! My 3 year old flat coated retriever LOVED her time there. We booked 1.5 hours thinking it would be too long but it was perfect. The grounds are maintained super well, the fencing was great, and of course the pond was fantastic for swimming and fetch. Lots of spots to sit in the shade and there’s benches around as well. Will definitely be back!

We’ve been wanting to visit this spot for a long time and were so glad that we were finally able to! My pups had so much fun running and swimming in the pond. The property was beautiful, spacious, easy to find on the maps app, and the fence felt plenty secure.

This is a great spot for experienced swimmers. There are large rocks around the lake so our first timer was nervous and never got in but our experienced swimmer had a great time swimming. There was plenty of yard to keep the other pup entertained. It's all fenced off and neat.

My 3 goofballs loved visiting Stephani's place. They inspected every inch and corner and are fully satistified customers! The pond was nice even though my boys aren't swimmers. I love having a private place to take them especially because one of my boys is reactive. It was so relaxing for me to not worry about other dogs and for my boys to enjoy some space. All slept well last night. We will be back!
