We live on 15 acres, and now have 1.5 acres fully fenced! It is all very flat land making for an easy stroll with your dogs. We are boarded on two edges by farm fields and two edges by neighbors. There is a trail that circles the property, with plenty of space to explore. During the summer, please take advantage of the small kiddie pool. There are also toys and chairs in the fenced area for all guests. Some seasonal things to keep in mind: Spring/fall when we have heavy rain, some areas could have standing water and/or be muddy. Mid to late summer, there are fox tails (cheat grass) that can cling to your dogs. Winter, the trails might not be plowed. There will be a 5gal bucket in the wood shed (inside the fenced area) full of water you can use to refill the two water bowls. Keep an eye out for trip hazards! Logs, sticks, uneven ground and holes.

*Due to the rain and weather the spot os pretty muddy* Are you looking for a nice place to let your furry friend run around and you get some steps in too, well then you are in the right spot. We have an acre fenced that we want dogs to come and enjoy a good run or a fun place to play ball. There is a shelter to stand under if needed with two chairs that can be moved as needed. Most of the area is flat and there are some trees is the back of the property with longer grass. You do have to walk up a little hill to get to the flat part but it is not bad. There is a parking area right outside the man-gate where you enter with a parking sign. We have put a chuck it with balls and a frisbee under the bench lid for you to use as well as weave poles and an adjustable jump for the pups to try out. Everything you need as far as water, water bowl and toys are all under the bench lid by the big tree. *Updated hours: more availability at night but know the mosquitos are bad when the sun goes down so please wear bug spray or use the bug spray provided. *With spring and summer coming more people are out so there may be noise while at the spot, we do have neighbors with kids and dogs. Google Maps will get you lost so once booked I will send directions directly via chat.

This space is amazing! Finley ran and ran, and ran some more, and then slept for the rest of the day! We were so thankful to have found a place to run our reactive pup while on a weekend holiday. For those who have a reactive dog, simply be mindful that the two different play areas have a shared parking spot, so you may see and hear other dogs when coming and going.

If I could give 100 stars I would! It was a wonderful sniffspot with tons of courses for both of my dogs to explore and play. It was very secure and I felt safe for my fur babies the entire time. You can tell that a lot of time and consideration went into designing the area too. Extreamly reactive and anxious dog friendly!! Carol was an absolute angel too! I had some concerns bringing my larger dog bc of his past and she was very understanding of that. She made me feel welcome and not judged for having a reactive dog. I have never felt so welcome anywhere like that before. She was wonderful and her sniffspot was amazing! I can not wait to come back again!

The area was very well suited for a dog to have fun and get exercise, I t was very clean except for one prior guest not picking up after their dog. Could not be happier! Our Anatolian shepherd is working on reactivity! And when we arrived, there was another group of people in the park across the driveway! But the fence was covered so she couldn’t see the other dogs and it was so good for her to hear other dogs playing and barking but couldn’t see them! And we knew she was safe through the whole thing.
