55Despite the early time slot and our arriving late, Alison was an extremely gracious, generous, and prepared host. Our pups loved running around the property, seeing horse, chickens, ducks, and water outside of their bathtub for the very first time. We hope to be back!Jean C.

55A friend and I brought our dogs here, and WOW. The place is huge, perfect for dogs who like to really run. There's also a lot of variety for them to explore, not just a boring grass rectangle. And of course the pond--my dog absolutely loved it! (The photos show him wading, but he's a giant breed; I believe the water's deep enough for most dogs to swim in.)
Note--the neighborhood is like something out of James Herriot; we drove past horses, cows, and sheep up close, and also a couple loose (laid-back) dogs. The neighbors in back of the Sniffspot have chickens moseying around, and the neighbor on one side has a Boxer who really wanted to play, and also a horse who came up to the fence to check out our dogs.
Also note--the fence is actually wire mesh supported by t-posts, and I'd estimate 4 or 4.5 feet tall.
The host was friendly and had set out towels and some cute Easter items for the dogs.
We'll definitely be back!Diane M.

55this place is SOOO AMAZING!!! I have never heard of a "private" dog park. and man.....is it just perfect. so much room, and amazing large pond, a pretty awesome view of the slightly rolling hills of petaluma countryside all around you. My baby boy Rowdy had such a blast!!! as well did I. The owner, Allison is really welcoming and very easy to get along with. she makes you feel totally taken care of. whether it be towels, water, toys, WHATEVER!! she has got you! we ended up talking for a good 30 min or so after my appointment. just shoot'n the s#$%. I could not recommend this place with anymore urgency, the price is right and all the extras are great. GO AND ENJOY THIS DOG PARK!!! but leave some time for my pooch and I to still be able to go....
plus I am going to try and post some pics/vid of the placeAustin A.

Are fully fenced dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks.
