The yard is absolutely secure and the dogs can feel free to use all of their senses to have an amazing time. Conveniently location less than 5 minutes from the 10 freeway, our spot makes for the perfect play space for your pup. During summer we offer water features including a mister, splash pad and wading pool. Extra shade is also set up for your comfort. There is an old swing set on property, that is a ‘use at your own risk.’ We keep it up because our dogs, and family members enjoy it, but before use your own discretion before using. As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! Gorgeous views, flowers, and plenty of room to run and explore! This spot has great natural barriers, but is not 100% enclosed, so if you have a determined dasher, you may want to bring a long line. Also, absolutely not the host's fault, but our gps directed us to the wrong area, so be mindful of this as you first arrive. We'll be back! :)

Very peaceful and quiet! I have an Aussie and he’s pretty reactive, but this was an excellent location to practice off leash and recall. It isn’t fenced so you do have to be very aware if you’re dog dashes like mine. But I will definitely be back soon!

Me and my boyfriend took our dogs here on a Thursday evening and they had a great time! It was our first time at a sniff spot and I would highly recommend this spot. There is plenty of room for zoomies and lots of toys to play with. They even have a tug toy on a string attached to a tree which my dog loved, and a doggie pool. The owner was really kind and attentive while also giving us space and privacy. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back!

Timber is so happy to be able to come to one of her favorite places to play. Unfortunately Sniffspot can't seem to get the billing right. I have been a subscriber pretty much from the beginning and they constantly charge me the full rate. I've tried to see a list of visits with what I was charged per visit, I can see my list of visits, but not the charges per visit. I need this information to determine how much I was overcharged so I can get a refund or credit to my account. I think its around $35.00. Please provide me with a list of visits by date, and what I was charged per visit.

Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
