100% of our Sniffspot income goes towards the vet bills for our medical foster Siberian Huskies. **One human per dog is allowed in the pool while assisting their dog and are not to be in the pool if their dog is not in the pool. Absolutely no pool parties are allowed! If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 18 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Our house sits on a 1.2 acre lot. We have a side yard that is roughly an acre which is fully fenced in. Our dog, Buttercup, used to love to run around here to play with us. We’d like to welcome other dogs too, right here in the heart of Spring branch!

I have a 3+ acre piece of property behind the Hobby Lobby on Sawdust Road. Park in front of the blue cargo container building and walk around behind the silver building. I have areas that are both fenced and open. We are part of the Epic Creative Co-Op, and home to The Woodlands Art League. This will be a fun place for both you and your dog. I only allow 1 owner at a time on the property. If you arrive and I am not here, the fenced area behind the Epic Mancave is what you are renting.
