Great huge yard, fully fenced, with both wooden and metal high fencing, not many people around the area; there’s a large size dog belonging to the neighbor living at the far end of the house however great sniffspot, great host who gave us dog treats, water, and toys for my dog! It was a great stay would highly reccomend!

This spot is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city! My pups loved it! They loved all the smell of the assortment of plants. The only draw back were the gaps fencing (fully disclosed by the owner). My pups are medium size and one likes to make a run for it. If this is not an issue for your dog, then this is the best spot and very convenient if you live in the city.

My dogs loved this spot! Great for a large city dog to get zoomies out. Definitely mosquito central so grab the complimentary bug spray immediately upon entry. My dogs had an absolute blast!

We had a short visit on a super hot sunny day. The host was so accommodating and responsive. Mosquito repellent (much needed) and water was provided. If your pup is particular with water, bring your own if easier! There were sediments in the water from the hose (and I couldn't get the nozzle to work in a way I could hose her down from the heat, but likely a user error on my part). Gaps in fencing (as disclosed by host) may be a challenge for smaller doggos especially with the property a corner lot by the sidewalk (depends on your doggo!). We did inform the host of the side gate which doesn't close/latch and it was unfortunately left open (I should've checked before letting her off leash once we were inside the front gate). We had a minor hiccup running into the adjacent neighbor's dog. Julie is aware and noted it for future. Definitely check the entire space before letting your pup off leash. A wonderful location for locals and visitors alike!

Gorgeous space! We need a safe space for our two dogs to run around and this is perfect. On the hill— so for Capitol Hill people that need a private park this meets the mark. Thanks for sharing, Julie!

Gelynn’s spot was clean and quiet. As a DC resident it was nice not having to travel outside the city to travel to a space. This spot has a wooden privacy fence which is great for allowing you and your dog privacy. I have a German Shepherd and it was plenty of space for him to run and get some energy out. The host has great communication as well!

Nice backyard in quiet neighborhood with a good amount of shade, a bird house, and garden plants for pups to investigate. House was easy to find, and backyard door was easy to open. Very straightforward!

Such a spacious backyard! My dog was able to get all her zoomies out. Also appreciated how there were balls/toys for my dog to choose from and fresh water bowls. Would definitely come again!

This yard was the perfect small play area for my large- and medium-sized dogs. There is plenty of room for them to run and play and the host had left water bowls full and out for us to use during our visit. There were plenty of balls and toys available. We had a great time! If your dogs like to eat plants, you'll have to stay on them because there are many opportunities for those pups to find foliage to munch.

Great time, there was fresh water, poop bags and balls for my dog and his friend. The backyard was quite large. And there was even a table and chairs for my friends and I to sit in. Fantastic time had by all.

So easy to enter and exit. Such a clean, peaceful and beautiful yard! Dogs had an amazing time! Only slight concern was there was part of the fence was a bit crumpled down in the corner. But other than that, perfect place for doggie zoomie time!
