Truly such a beautiful space for the puppers! Everything about it is perfect! It was our girls first time seeing a pool so she was a bit hesitant but we are hoping she becomes more accustomed to it because she loves swimming in the ocean. We are so appreciative of the host for giving us a safe place to play ❤️

Sniff spot was great! Although our pups didn’t like the pool but they loved running around in the yard! Toys, poop bags, water and life vests were provided for pups and even drinks for us. Towels also provided for us and pups which are so thoughtful! Patio was a nice place for us to get away from the son and just enjoy watching the pups play. Love love loved this sniff spot only wished the pups enjoyed the pool more.

Sammy‘s place was very inviting my dog and I had a wonderful time. Everything you could possibly need was provided my dog had such a good time. He didn’t wanna leave at the end of our time slot. Beautiful big yard with a sparkling clean pool and so many thoughtful little touches for dogs and people (for example, the dog water bowls had ice packs underneath them on this hot day :)

The best place for summer fun! Our dogs had a great time exploring a new area and getting their first exposure to a pool. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Host is fantastic and had toys, fresh water, and drinks.

Sammy’s playground was by far the best sniff spot we’ve been to. The instructions to enter/exit, dispose of poop, use the pool, etc., were all super clear. The amenities were the best I’ve ever seen, and the whole place was spotless. We will absolutely be back, and feel so very lucky that we get to share this amazing space!

Sammy’s Playground was amazing! Everything was thought of for both the doggos and the humans! We paid for the pool and Duck wasn’t a huge fan, but he tried it for a quick dip, but he rather run around with all the toys and taking in all the smells! We will definitely be back!

This was one of the best experiences we’ve been able to have with our girl! Thank you so much for sharing your yard & pool!! I’ve been to a few Sniffspots but even ones with pools never allow dogs in them. Your space is EXACTLY the experience we’ve been searching for. Sadie had a blast being able to get in and out on her own, run around and sniff new things, play with EVERY toy and relax in the shade. Providing refreshments for the humans is also very kind.

Wow, Sammy’s playground is a dream! I took my rescue pup, Wesley as he had never been swimming. Sherri and David were SO helpful in helping getting my pup prepared, they even had life jackets that would fit him! Seriously, this playground has everything you need for you, your pup, and the whole family to have a wonderful experience! They provided everything needed: towels, cold water (for pups), water bowls, toys, life jackets, shade, furniture. Not to mention the GORGEOUS space. Unfortunately, Wesley didn’t have a great life prior to becoming part of my family, we think he was left in an outside kennel all the time. So, he’s scared of his shadow and the fart of a flea. I tried to gently coax him into the pool with love and treats, but he was having none of it. But, I am proud of him for trusting me enough to get close to the water and at least be interested in it when I was in the water. I will definitely be booking again and hoping multiple exposures will help him get more comfortable with the water! If I was able to leave 10 stars, I would!

What a perfect way to spend a hot and humid July morning! Sammy’s playground had everything we could hope for: a spacious, beautiful, safe, clean backyard with a swimming pool. There was plenty of shade when we visited. Sherri has set everything up for both dog and human enjoyment. We loved all the thoughtful touches: cold water in an igloo cooler for the dogs, cold drinks for the humans (we especially appreciated the seltzer water option), towels for dogs separate from towels for humans, and instructions to ensure that all guests keep the space well cared for, as the hosts have obviously put so much TLC into creating and sharing this space.

Our pup has the best time here! So much space to run around and it was amazing to have the pool on a warm summer day. Ellie hasn’t learned to swim yet so it was a nice surprise to find a doggie life jacket - it came in handy in helping her build confidence in the water! We can’t wait to come back

Hands down BEST sniffspot we’ve been to! I have an older dog with arthritis and swimming is one of his favorite activities. In the summer it can be hard to find accessible swimming spots that aren’t overcrowded or closed down due to excessive bacteria, so this spot is a real gem for us. There were toys and treats laid out for us, as well as drinks for the humans. There were also life jackets of all sizes laid out for both dogs and humans, as well as towels! I didn’t have to worry about packing anything- we just pop in and are immediately ready for fun. We will absolutely be back this summer, what a special place and how gracious of Sherri and family to share it.
