**Due to the winter season, all furniture, kiddie pool, hose, fountains/pond, sprinkler, dog hangout area, and decorative lighting have been put away. The gazebo is used to store many of these items, so it is off limits till spring. Fresh water will only be provided in the bowls on the deck. Camp Fire, S’mores, Tread Scavenger Hunt, Bubbles & Biscuits, and Rip & Tear Extras will not be available until spring. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation while our Sniffspot is winterized. We’ve lowered our price for the season. We look forward to providing all of our typical amenities come warmer weather again! Our quiet, fully fenced (6’ privacy fence) 1 acre yard offers a variety of dog & human friendly spaces. There’s a secure entrance to the yard from a large circle driveway. There is a deck with table, seating, and umbrellas, a small pond, a screened in gazebo with a fan and seating, a hammock area, a shaded doggy hangout, and a fire pit with seating. We have a variety of surfaces: concrete sidewalk, mulch landscaping beds, dirt holes for digging, wood deck with rugs, gravel beds, and plenty of grass! The yard is lined with large trees for shade. There’s plenty of dog toys and various water bowl zones.

Our sniff spot is a fully fenced in area that is a great place to be with your dog !!!! There is some ferny rock climbing for the adventurous and some areas where your dog will enjoy running around ! Some toys are available just please be respectful and put everything back where you found it ! Hope This brings some peace of mind for your dog to run about and play in a safe fenced in environment!

Lot is 7800 sq feet, I do have a very friendly 5 month old cane corso on site. He’s never out alone unless we’re home.

Please see the list of amenities we offer you and your doggo. Please note when arriving to our home- we live on a panhandle lot. GPS will have you turn down Thunder Rd. Go a stone's throw further and turn at the American Flag. A red and white house sits in front of our home. Please use the rv spot pictured for parking. A fun spot for dogs to run, jump, fetch, roam, smell and explore. Certified National Wildlife Habitat in a residential neighborhood. Fully fenced in. No chemicals of any kind. We offer 7 acres of wooded land for your pooch to run and discover! We have several well cleared & well kept trails to hike on , a campsite with fire pit and a large dog pen available if your pooch needs a time out .... We encourage all dogs to start out on lead until comfortable with the terrain and area as wildlife likes to visit our woods! All dogs should be off leash trained to come on command before allowing them to run free... In the summer we have a small pool for your fur a y to cool off in, dog toys are always available, and water is kept at campsite for your pet to rehydrate ....we also offer poop bags and have a trash can available to dispose your doggies doodoo in properly....towels ate available in vase your pup tolls in mud or anything mud like!

3+ acres of yard space plus trails and access trail to Western Pocono Jaycees Memorial Park. Can provide party favors and property set up for your event!

Welcome to a beautiful spot right off of Route 6! Easy in - Easy out. I have over 100 acres of land that includes a pond, woods, open fields, and 4 wheelers/ a gator to take out to have your dogs run with!! I will be adding a lure course & an agility course in the future this year so keep an eye out :)

Come enjoy our beautiful property! We have 2 friendly Golden Retrievers of our own that love the open space, we want you and your fur babies to do the same! We have 6 acres of open space with a dense ring of wooded area surrounding the edge of the property. 3 laps around the edge is 1 mile. Although our area is not fenced, dogs with good recall will do amazing running around the open space. Our favorite thing to do is play fetch with the ChuckIt. Swing by for an awesome experience!
