Rent safe and private dog fields hosted by locals in Ilwaco, Washington

Our dogs had a great time! It was as described in the listing and was a perfect spot for them to burn off a lot of energy. Will definitely return.

Beautiful large field with everything promised! Took my dog and his 2 elderly dog friends and they ran and sniffed and loved it. I also loved the rocking chair in the middle of the field.

Was a great spot! Nice open flat area, great for my pup who loves to run very fast. Definitely will be back.

Absolutely one of our favorite places. The dogs love it - it’s spacious and interesting and beautiful. I’m so grateful that my dogs have the opportunity to run and play like other - less barky/growlie - pups. I can see the joy in them as they bound through this lovely parcel of land, so generously shared.

Wonderful open grassy field to throw the ball! We had fun watching the birds, listening to frogs in the adjacent pond and stretching our legs :) picnic table and toy basket were lovely additions. There was a dog in the neighboring yard, heads up for those that may be a problem for. My dog is reactive towards other dogs and was totally unphased, the space is big enough it wasn’t an issue at all!

My boys LOVED our visit to this awesome sniffspot. It feels like stepping right off the street and onto a trail. There are lots of blackberries so my dogs got a few thorns in their feet, but the space was large, paths were clear, and I enjoyed watching my city dogs testing creek crossing. Thank you for this oasis!

This is a wonderful spot. My dog enjoyed walking the trails and splashing in the creek. There are some open areas to play fetch. The host provides towels and wipes to help with muddy dog paws. There is also fresh drinking water, toys, and poop bags. We would love to visit again some time.

Great spot! When you pull into driveway, turn through yard over to Pasture on the right. Drive in and close gate. Well fenced and lots of toys in yard to discover. Horses in next field, very mellow.

This is a great spot, and only 10 minutes from the west end of the St. John’s bridge! Perfect for some intense games of fetch, and our dogs loved sniffing around. The fencing is very secure, grass is short enough to not lose the ball, the spot is fairly flat for humans that might not want as much of a work out as their dogs, and everything is very simple :) the neighbors do have a dog who was out barking at the fence while we were there—the spot was big enough that we kept to the other end and our dogs weren’t bothered. The wetland area is fairly small and is shallow, our dogs loved playing in it (and no trouble with cockle burrs for our short-haired dogs)!

Great large open space. We were warmly welcomed since it was our first visit. Be careful of tripping hazards as like most fields there are some gophers or moles active here. I love it being wide open. Directions were easy and accurate. We’ll be back! Thanks!

Thank you Roshan for sharing such a great yard with others! I love there are so many adventures packed into that 1.5 acres: great smells, a stream, fallen logs to climb over and little slopes to walk up and down. We will definitely be back!

Felt like I was on an off leash hike with my pups. It was so nice. The pups were sniffing and wandering around the whole time which was great.

Lovely space with an open field to play and some trails with plenty of tree shade. The trails are a bit steep in some areas so definitely wear sturdy shoes! The creek is a nice touch and my dog loved splashing around in it!

We learned quickly this is not a place to throw balls (too many blackberry bushes), but if your pup likes to explore, then this place is awesome! A creek, a trail, two smaller open areas -- all completely fenced in. Tater's friend Grant joined her today and they played chase through the entire place and had the best time! In the creek, over the creek, down the trail ... oftentimes we'd lose sight of them but they'd always come charging back. After 45 minutes or so, pooped dogs. Success!!

Great place to visit our dogs love it. Lots of trails to explore. Nice little creek for cooling off on warm days. Plenty of shade and water provided. If your dogs love to explore this is definitely the place.

Great spot for your doggo’s! Little bit of some hills and high stepping over the creek, but that’s all part of the fun. My dog had a great time and we will be back.

Very secure fencing and fun trails to wander the property on. We didn’t see or hear any problematic triggers during our visit. Some of the fence line is shared with neighbors, so maybe at times you could encounter people on the other side in their yards. Some of the creek crossing areas were a little challenging for my senior dog, but she managed just fine. If you have a pup that is reactive to fast moving cars, getting out of the car could be a bit challenging at times as cars really fly up that road. However, once you’re inside, it could be a great spot to safely practice desensitization because part of the field area parallels the road and you can control your distance from the triggers. Just something I thought about as my reactive girl used to really struggle with wanting to chase/bark at cars and I was grateful today that it’s not a struggle for her much anymore. Awesome spot, and we’ll definitely be back.

The area was very interesting to our dogs, with a small creek and some trails. Absolutely would come again!

A true slice of forest and creekside nature! Lots of space for ball playing, trails and a creek. My dogs loved it! Be aware there are a lot of burrs in the lower field and the trails can be a bit steep and uneven for folks with difficulty walking. We didn’t have an issue though!

A lovely, quiet space with plenty of room for the pups to run and the parents to walk. We enjoyed that the area was mowed and also the little bin of additional items like baby wipes to clean paws! Was surprised how not muddy this location was, considering all of the recent rain!
