Make sure you vaccinate your dogs as this is a wooded area with wild animals. Respect our property and enjoy.

Buccee’s gas station ,stores and restaurants are less than 3 miles away and 5 minutes to I-30 hwy. Weather can range from 5 to 10 degrees cooler. Also if you do grill please leave recycled item in trash bin and food trash if you could please take it with you. Due to animals that come in the night. You are welcome to bring your own chairs and water for your dog(s) as there are a couple of bowls on property to put water in. So enjoy my sniff spot that I love to share with YA’LL. A small little spot! We aren’t there all day every day but the property is monitored 24/7 via live cameras. It is our house.

Plenty of room for off leash training and roaming. I live on an 8 acre farm that is surrounded by 100s of acres of pasture land that has ponds, trees and plenty of wildlife to peak your pups interest. I tend to always have a rescue or two. So this is a very dog friendly place. This would help tremendously with the expenses and a way to meet others with the same love for animals.

are real picky about that so I think I'm not going to I just don't know what I would do about that thing I'm going to wait and maybe get some comments on the treats and stuff I may get some of those balls and peanut butter in them something like that but then again I don't think animals are having large allergies to peanuts like humans but the last thing I want to do is provide food that the parents don't allow the dog to I hope this explanation along with the pictures gives you an idea of what me and my boys can offer your family. And although I'm 52 I'm still very teachable so I will be open for any suggestions at any time because this will be a new venture for me even though I've had animals in my life my entire life of all kinds and I keep animals for their entire lifetime. In answering all these questions I realized I might need to get a permit from the City of Garland which is one of the reasons why I will not open for several weeks but I will keep my profile updated. Outside of starting and not for profit equestrian farm for horses that for whatever views or what have you this is the next best thing. Last but not least, I personally am a extreme believer in my boys health when it comes to the yard. Not only for their safety but they're inside and outside dogs so whatever they walk on they bring it to my house which I'll just leave it at that. I hope this isn't too long as I do have a HUGE issue with being brief but I prefer to put everything on the table at the front end versus the back end. I am a very honest direct person can I help you be the same way with me. I hope see I love you here at some point in the near future I'm going to get busy getting the yard up to specs for this type of an opportunity. I look forward to meeting everyone and your babies. Great spot just opening up on the border of Midlothian, Waxahachie and Ovilla. Lush grass will be coming back again this spring. Obstacles, small pool, and a dog bathing station with hot & cold water. 3' fence all the way around so no jumpers. Dog waste station with bags on site. There are doggy toys and obstacles inside the fenced area. These are for dogs ONLY. Do not allow children or yourselves on these items. They are not designed for people. Arriving early and leaving late are not part of the deal. Please respect the times that you signed up for.

Our property has 5 acres, an open field, a shady porch, a small forest, and a pond. Our dogs love to run around our field in the back and take a swim in our pond on those hot days. There is a porch with a bench and hammock by the pond to relax. As well as a chairs on the back porch. Water bowels are located on the front porch and back porch.
