We live on a beautiful farm on the Mississippi River in the middle of Arnprior, Kinburn and Pakenham. Enjoy the quietness of the country with our very private dog park! Our field is fully fenced with 6' chain link fence, including a double gate to ensure that no dog can ever escape. Water is available for the dogs, and seating is available under our beautiful trees in the shade for you. We also have some agility jumps and a wading pool for those hot days! There are very few distractions here so it is a great space for play and/or training. Come alone, or with a group of dog friends to run and play. New timeslots open up daily. Our Sniffspot is our backyard (attached to the house), which is about 1.5 acres of mostly open lawn... great for playing fetch or running at top speed! It is securely fenced with 5' fencing. There is seating, gazebo, dog toys, and agility equipment and a dog pool in the summer. In the winter there are plowed paths. A separate, 8 acre fenced field with walking paths is also available. All breeds are welcome. Reactive dogs welcome. VACCINES: All visiting dogs MUST be up to date on core vaccines (DHPP) or titer tested. We reserve the right to ask for a vaccine certificate. FOSTER DOGS: Foster dogs in rescue visit for free! ***Charges are in USD*** This is a 1.5 acre field that is perfect for off-leash and distraction free time with your dogs! This space provides apt enrichment for dogs of all ages. The space offers a combination of grassy fields, small wooded area, and a small pond for dogs to run and explore. There is a seating area and garbage bin for owners to use. This Sniffspot provides your dog the opportunity to just be a dog! When you book a visit you will be the only person on the property, so there is no risk of distractions caused by other people or animals. Please park in front of the big gates and enter the park through the green gate to the left. If you have a new pup that is having recall problems, or you have a reactive dog, this is a perfect stress-free environment for them to enjoy. They will be able to run and play without risk of getting too far, or seeing another dog. We also offer an assortment of agility equipment. Please set it up and return it near the trees at the end of your visit. We offer a discount to anyone with foster dogs, please reach out for details. Please note that the app uses USD, so expect a 30% increase due to the exchange rate. There are some burrs on the hill under the trees. My kids also use this lawn so please pick up all dropping or barf. If it cannot be picked up with hand or available shovel use water to wash it down.
