We really enjoyed our visit to this SniffSpot! It was super affordable, conveniently close, and surprisingly spacious – perfect for our dog to explore. We booked just 20 minutes before arriving, so it was a super last-minute visit, and the host was incredibly accommodating. The space was nice, though there were a few kid items like Play-Doh and some trash left out that my dog got into. The host was quick to come out and clean up and was very kind – it was her first time hosting, which we totally understand, and we were proud to be her first guests! Honestly, I’m hesitant to leave a glowing review because I kind of want to keep this great spot a secret! Thanks for hosting – we’ll be back!

Barbara is a terrific Sniffspot host and the Orchard is a great spot that my two female shepherd mix (one reactive to dogs and unexpected people) both really enjoyed. Barbara communicated well and even offered to let us have some fruit from her great orchard (which I didn’t see until we left!- next time). One mid size dog next door barked some and briefly triggered mine but overall it was quiet, fun, and clearly filled with new scents that the girls seemed to enjoy. They are both snoring now so that’s a good sign. Thanks again.

This was my first sniffspot and it was fantastic! The property is so beautiful, spacious, and nicely maintained. My dog had such a blast running around. I’ve never seen her run so fast! The host was so sweet and kindly allowed us to pick fruits from the orchard. I will definitely be coming back as a regular. I’m so thrilled I found this app. Thank you for sharing your property with us, we had the most wonderful time!

Clean and very spacious! Lots of room to safely explore. There were toys available and mini pools to fill up. We booked from 10-12, had temperatures up to 75 degrees and felt cool as a cucumber under the umbrella. My pup is long haired and overdue for a haircut, so I definitely expected him filled with mud and fox tails. Same way that you should be checking your pup after park visits or hikes, give yourself some time to inspect your dog after 😊. We had a great time and will be booking again.

Barbara’s spot was exactly as described / pictured. Easy to get into and very clear instructions. There was a nice seating area, a bucket of toys, and a bowl of water waiting for us. A few things to consider. The neighbors dogs overlook the spot and have direct line of site to where you sit. They barked at us for 20-30 minutes, which wasn’t great for our dogs who are dog reactive, they couldn’t really relax so we ended up leaving early. We visited the spot from 5-7pm and would note that the seating area was pretty hot / in direct sun (there is an umbrella, so you may have to shift to be in the shade). Also the flies and mosquitos were quite pervasive and annoying. We were constantly swatting and the flies were attacking the dogs. So you may want to consider bug spray. As pictured, the lot is all dirt and there were quite a few foxtails in my dog’s fur and paws, so be sure to check when you are done.

Plenty of room for my giant dog to explore and sniff around. Also a great place for people to unwind. A beautiful relaxing place to sit while your dog chases squirrels and inspects the area. No grass but that means I don't need to worry about my boy doing some digging. Some neighboring dogs may bark at you but they settle down quickly. Well worth the drive from Studio City.

Safe to say my pup really enjoyed herself! Plenty of space for her to catch a few zoomies and lots of sniffs to keep her busy for 30 minutes. Will definitely be back!

Easy to find, loved the open space to run and bushes to sniff in. Cash saw a cat climbing the wall but luckily this yard is high enough with enough shrubbery that the cat ran off and my dog wasn’t able to do anything besides look for it ! Will return again(: also Rachel left out water for my pupp which was super helpful.
