The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

It includes plenty of space for your pups to roam & run along with its own dog park obstacle course and a pool w/ a waterslide!

Hi, we love our property and want to share it with other people. There are different areas. 1 is kind of wooded, there’s short grass open spaces, other area with pine trees other area with lots of plants because it’s a small nursery.. property is not fenced at the entrance at this time. All other sides of property are fenced. The restroom is in the back of the house in a small beige building. You may walk with your dog(s) anywhere within the property. Around the house, into the horse barn, through the Nursery, into the woods,etc.. We have a Basset Hound and 6 children. Kiddos usually inside the house or in the pool, Benito our doggie is inside and outside. We try to keep him inside when visitors come. He is very friendly but barks at strangers until he hears them sweetly talk to him. : ) or pet him. Thank You for choosing our property to walk your doggie.

1.25 acre fully fenced in yard, lots of grass but also some area with trees and shades. A dog lives here but won’t be outside at the same time as your dog.

The whole front & sides of the property is fenced. The backyard by the pond/lake isn’t fenced. But the dogs usually stay in the front. Lots of areas for dog parent to sit & enjoy flower garden. Property has 4 chickens in a fenced in coop.

Bring your pups to rip and run in our pasture! There’s a big open field to play as well as some naturally shaded areas towards the back of the property to cool off and explore. Fresh water and toys are always available for the fur family and a seating area is provided for our human friends. Most of the field is grass and there’s some big sandy spots near the entrance. There’s a private entrance to the field at the front of the property and if we’re home, we stay inside during all bookings. I have lots of ideas for additions to our little doggy park and would love to hear your suggestions too! Message me with any questions or concerns you may have! We have 5 acres of land that is fully enclosed with a fence. Roughly 1.5 acres - 2 acres is cleared land, perfect for running and activity. The remainder is forested. We reside next to a nature preserve, so wild animal encounters can occur. We have seen bears, coyotes, and snakes. Most of these occur in the morning time. The fence up front has some larger holes that a small dog could get through, but this is far away from the primary area located in the back. There are plants toxic to dogs around the house, so it is probably best to remain in the open areas.

Semi shaded with trees, big open spaces to run, play and sniff every blade of grass, but please be mindful there are hawks, owls, crows and woodpeckers in the neighborhood. There is a shaded back deck for humans to sit & relax. Throw a ball from a seated position have a nice cold drink soda, beer, Gatorade or water. Please drink responsibly and throw away trash. Please be mindful other dogs use the backyard so clean up after your self & and your fur baby. Fur babies over 40 lbs are welcome with advanced reservations. You have more than two dogs? Pay for 2, your 3rd comes in free on the same day as reservation.

This property is completely fenced and gated. The sniffspot is completely fenced and gated as well. Use the Westgate of the property, it is marked with the state flag. Please keep that gate closed for safety. The sniff spot is located to the right as you pull in the driveway. Please park off the driveway to the right. There s plenty of space for parking, so RVs are welcome. We also have RV hook ups if you would like to stay. Camping areas are throughout the property, and a bathhouse is available for restroom breaks. Please keep your dogs leashed until in the spot for play. Gates are at the back of the property allowing access into the Greenway. 70 thousand acres of trails, with possible wildlife sightings. We offer horse stalls, so it is possible you might encounter an equine. The outdoor kitchen is located at the front of the property, you can purchase drinks or snacks for a nominal fee. We are a dog hotel, offering our indoor, heated pool for Sniffspot guests. We have an indoor (human) restroom, life vests for the dogs, pool toys, towels for drying off, and ear cleaner available for your use. This spot is perfect for any dog, but especially for reactive dogs that aren't able to run free or be around other dogs or people. When my dog Pepper was alive, I couldn't take him to public parks without him having to be muzzled and tethered to a very short leash. Pepper was a mix of Chow, Siberian Husky, German Shepherd, and Wolf. Unfortunately, he was not able to be socialized. But he enjoyed his backyard, and now I'm offering Pepper's Backyard to other dogs like Pepper and for every dog to run free, play, and be happy off leash. For an additional fee of $10 per dog per visit, your dog(s) can cool off in Pepper's saltwater pool. **Please sign up for the pool under "Extras" *** Dog(s) must be accompanied by a human while they are in the pool and use a water vest or floatie if needed (not provided by Host) and Dog(s) and Human(s) must be able to swim in up to 6 feet of water. You are visiting our home where my family and I live. Please be respectful of our home and clean up any mess before you exit our property. There is a broom on the patio you can use. No drugs or alcohol is to be brought to or consumed at Pepper's Backyard per Sniffspot's Guest rules. Please pick up your dog(s) poop. If you don't have dog poop bags, there will be some provided for you on the patio table. Please place used soiled dog toys and towels in the laundry basket located on the patio so they can be cleaned and sanitized for the next guest. You are required to use caution and care when swimming. There is to be no diving into the pool. There are no lifeguards on duty. You, your dog(s), and any guest you bring agree that you are swimming at your own risk and assume all liability for yourself, your dog(s), and anyone you bring with you. Prior to your visit, you are required to inform Host thru the Sniffspot app of all humans and dogs you are bringing to PEPPER'S BACKYARD. Please be careful not to throw balls or frisbees over the fence and do not take any toys home with you. They are the property of Pepper's Backyard. An inventory of all toys is taken before and after each Guest visit. Missing, damaged or lost toys will be charged to you at $10 per item, and you will be expected to pay for it before the end of your visit either by Cash, CashApp, or Zelle. Please supervise your dog(s) and do not allow them to dig holes in our yard. There is a kiddie pool filled with sand in the far right corner of the yard, and that is the only place your dog(s) are allowed to dig. Any holes dug or any damage done to our yard, pool, patio, or yard furniture will immediately be reported to Sniffspot, and you will be banned from returning to this spot. Do not urinate in the pool or in the yard. A guest bathroom is located inside our home that you are welcome to use. Please know that there are 5 working and monitored surveillance cameras that take video clips of everything you, your dog(s) and any guest you may bring with you are doing while you are on our property and by booking at Pepper's Backyard you all acknowledge and agree to being video recorded.
