We have 6' privacy fence and a nice shady area under the trees :) We have one dog of our own who will be inside during your stay. You may see people out front or inside the house but the backyard is yours to enjoy. We will give you space with your pup. This spot in a neighborhood setting. Be aware this means people and dogs could be walking around. I do not have control of what people and dogs are in the neighborhood outside of my fenced in spot. A great little backyard haven. It is quiet, the back half of the property is surrounded by woods and is far away from our house and the neighbors. The backyard is very private and the neighborhood is quiet except for the occasional farm animals and friendly neighbors! There are plenty of chairs and also a swing and picnic table.

Welcome to our backyard! We know how valuable new experiences are for dogs and how being off leash to run, sniff, and play is good for dogs' physical and mental well being - and ours, too! Our privacy fencing and large yard allows you and your dog to have a safe place away from unfamiliar people / other dogs*. It's great for getting your dog some different sniffs and letting them off leash for a game of fetch! *Our neighbor does have a dog who may be outside during your visit. The neighbor's dog is friendly and absolutely cannot get into our yard. Your dog will be 100% safe, but please know that if the neighbor's dog is outside during your visit, she may try to stick a little bit of her snout underneath any of the small openings along the fence line.

This spot is a large fenced in yard. It has a small wooden area for pups to explore. There is a lacrosse net and netting in part of the yard for my kids when they play lacrosse backyard. They won’t be back there when the yard is rented. Please make sure to read the directions for parking and where to enter the backyard entrance as it is a bit hidden. Please go down Littlefield Rd. Take the first left onto an unmarked street. You will see a middle school field on your right. Our metal gate entrance is on your left. When school is in session please park on Littlefield or Winston Rd. Otherwise you can pull up to the gate. Thank you and have fun!

Feel free to reach out via text 603-401-3164 with any questions or concerns. Helpful Info: - Amenities that say "Upon Request" are free to use but I don't like to leave them out all of the time. If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family my be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.

Welcome to our yard: our dog’s favorite place! Fully fenced in from house to property line property line; also “double-fenced” where the woods begin to keep dogs on the grass. Park along the street and walk up the driveway to the white fence, reach over to unlatch the gate and step in onto the patio. Your dog may play anywhere in the yard or on the patio. Please do not go behind the chicken wire fencing or sheds. You are welcome to use any of our tennis balls, “chuck-its” and dog toys while using the yard; we leave them on the patio table. Feel free to take a seat under the umbrella for some shade. If the little doggie “kiddie” pool is set up, you may use it, but absolutely NO people OR dogs allowed in the above-ground pool. We also ask that you please stay off the deck. You may dispose of any poop bags in the tin milk can under the deck. Please close the gate behind you when you leave. We hope you and your dog have tons of fun in our yard!

Welcome to our brand new Sniffspot area in Sturbridge (Fiskdale) MA. We are excited to provide an off leash play space for your furry bestie. Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. Welcome to our Sniffspot! We bought our property especially for the large yard. It’s a great space for dogs to run and play and sniff. The street facing part of the yard has 6ft privacy fence and the rent has a combo of chain link, 6ft wood or heavy duty wire. The yard is very secure for both large and small dogs. We have lots of birds, squirrel and chipmunks, and occasionally a raccoon or fox visits so the smells are endless. We hope your pup(s) will enjoy it as Miah as ours does.

We have just over an acre of land down a dead-end road. Our backyard is fully fenced in with plenty of room for dogs to run and play. There is plenty of seating for the dog parents as well as a playground if you want to bring your children! We have two dogs that I would keep inside during any visits. We have dog toys in the backyard that your dogs could play with. There is plenty of room to throw a ball around and let your dogs expend their energy. My wife (Ashley), son (Oliver), and I (Joe) love dogs of all breeds and would love the opportunity to give them room to run and play as our dogs do. Our backyard is pretty open with grassy spots, mossy areas, and sand and dirt. I have a doggie pool and a splash pad that can be used for an extra cost. I can make a fire with smore's for you, and if you are bringing kids, i have a bounce house you could rent! If you are interested in any of these extras, let me know! I'd gladly share the wi-fi with any guests and will accommodate any needs within reason. Any questions let me know! Also, please do not allow your dog to dig and please clean up after your dog. The yard is completely fenced in. There is a huge clearing for ball throwing and running, as well as woods further back for adventures. This yard has everything a dog could want. People find it pretty awesome too!!! Update: hose water is turned off for the winter otherwise the pipes freeze. It will be turned back on in spring!

***The yard gets very wet when the weather warms up so I'm restricting access to the yard for guests unless the ground is frozen or there is significant snow coverage until spring.*** A great place for a doggie playdate! We have plenty of parking in the driveway. A beautiful forest backdrop with ample room for zoomies! It's a quiet, peaceful spot, full of bird song and lots of natural charm. There is a deck with a table, chairs and umbrella to enjoy.
