Enjoy the scenery while your dog(s) frolics in this idyllic, beautifully landscaped backyard. There is curbside parking with a private side gate entrance. The yard gets lots of shade in the afternoon, and there is also a shade canopy where you can sit and relax. We work from home and are onsite most of the time if you need anything.

Nestled up above the Summersville Lake, our Sniffspot is a shady flat area under the trees. Please be aware that the cliff can be quite steep. Unfortunately we do not have access to the lake but you can see it from the edge of our property line.

We have a fully fenced in backyard. Water available for pets and people. Seating area. Kids and pets are welcome to use the trampoline of their own risk. Ample parking.

Hours: Sunrise to Sunset. Dogs must be current on all vaccinations. Dogs must have a current dog license and wear an owner identification tag at all times. Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the Dog Park. Aggressive dogs are not permitted on the premises. Dogs must be removed at the first sign of aggression. Female dogs in heat are prohibited from entering the park. Dog owners must be in the park and within view of their dogs at all times. Dog owners must keep their leash in hand at all times. Owners must clean up dog waste. Seal waste in the provided plastic bags before disposing in designated receptacles. Fill any holes your dog digs. Dogs less than four months of age are prohibited. Maximum limit of two dogs per adult in the park at any time

Swimming pool
All dogs must be leashed upon entering and exiting the area. Animals other than dogs are not permitted. Children under 16 years of age may not use this facility unless accompanied by an adult. Do not allow your dog to dig. If it does, please fill in the hole. Dogs less than four months old are not permitted. Dogs must be removed at the first sign of aggression. Female dogs in season are prohibited. Food, treats, beverages, strollers, bikes, or toys are not permitted. Immediately cleanup your dogs droppings. Only two dogs per owner are permitted at a time
