This is not my property but I have spoke to the owners and they are working on a fence and collars for their dogs. I have met these dogs and they also get along with my dogs. Now that the crops are getting higher they can’t get as close to the fence but we are hoping to completely eliminate this issue once they gate off their crops. We welcome you and your pup to come play and run free. Your pup can swim in the pond, or play in the creek, or just run the trails past the creek. We ask that you clean up after yourself and your pup, there is a trash can at the barn, along with a pooper scooper and baggies. This is our main residence and there are cameras all around our property, just for your information.

Welcome to our 12-acre horse farm! There are 4 horses that live here, but we have plenty of room and places for play for dogs as well! The indoor arena can be a perfect choice to let your dog run and play in bad weather. It's completely enclosed and lit. If outdoor choices are your thing, we have a fenced, outdoor arena with sand footing for your use. Or we have a 0.25 acre smaller area, fully fenced. As far as unfenced areas, there is about 5 acres of woods and about 0.5 acres of pasture that offer room to roam.

6.25 acres totally fenced in a country setting. A large portion of the property is accessible to pups, mowed field paths and lots of room to run. Quiet settings and woodland and farmland views. This is the country. No concrete…you will encounter dirt and smells of farm living. We have natural growth areas for wildlife that your dog may encounter that may be dirty and contain sticks, wildflowers, weeds, etc. Dogs love it here as it’s a place they can run and have fun. Please make sure your dogs are on flea preventative to ensure a flea free environment. If they are not on monthly preventative please administer 24 hour active flea meds prior to your visit. Beautiful area and location. Five separate fenced in areas from which you may choose. Some flat large areas for running and some hilly and wooded areas with small creek. All the major areas are fenced with split rail and horse fencing. Some areas with split rail and farm gates. 

We have over a half acre fenced. We do have chickens in the yard as well as horses in the back pasture. We have a cat that frequents the area so be aware he may visit. All of are dogs will be out of sight when you use the area. I do ask that the child swing set is only used for a maximum of 1-2 small children as it is not designed for a lot of weight. The pool in the pictures is not functional at this time. Other than that you can enjoy the lovely views of the cows to the left and the horses straight back. Its very quiet all neighbors are far away. We do have 24hr security and alarm systems including cameras all around the house. We have motion activated lights so you can see if it starts to het dark.
