We have Multiple areas available for rent (privately between you and your friends) ranging in square footage. Area 1 (5,460 sq ft) is a Dock Diving pool area, great for dogs who are confident swimmers and divers. Area 2 (3,150 sq ft) is great for small dogs and hosts some agility equipment. Area 3 (11,913 sq ft) is great for medium and large dogs. Area 5 is our inground pool which is heated and great for dogs and humans. Area 6 is our freshwater filtered splash pond, great for dogs to learn how to swim. Lastly we have a members only dog park (33,706 sq ft). You and your dog have to pass a recall/body language test to make sure everyone is safe, combined with security cameras our dog park really takes it to a new level of fun and safety. Area 1 - $30/half hour & $45 for 1 hour Area 2 & Area 3 - $10/half hour & $15 for 1 hour. Area 5 - $25/half hour & $40 for 1 hour Area 6 - $20/half hour & $33 for 1 hour. The arena is 8450sq ft of sand, fully fenced and located on a horse farm. There is a separate entrance near the parking lot for easy arrival and great for dogs who do not like to see other animals/people. Reactive dogs can be accommodated and are welcome - we know they need play time too! Pooper scooper/pitchfork and trash can are provided, please clean up after yourself and your dog. We ask that you do not let them excessively dig in the footing - a rake has been provided if needed. There may be jumps, large balls and dog toys in the arena which you are welcome to use. Dogs must be on leash when entering and exiting and at all times when outside of the arena. **During the summer months the large arena door is open for airflow, it is gated and most large dogs can not sneak out. If you have a small dog or an escape artist please feel free to pull it closed. Alternatively let us know before your arrival and we can close it for your visit.**

Reinforced lattice and bottoms of the fence so it's great for tiny dogs too! 100% private so there will be no other dogs in the backyard at the time of your visit; so perfect for reactive dogs to safely enjoy some zoomies and off-leash play! Reservations are always 100% Private; just you and your pup! You may hear my neighbours or neighborhood dogs, but once you're in the backyard, you won't see anyone :) Lot's of toys and activities for dogs including dog sprinkler and wading pool for hot days. WOW!!! Very well-maintained and very well-thought-out. This must be a dog’s dream yard!!! It has everything dogs love: free treats, scattered water bowls, and a box full of toys. The little pool is spot on, with crystal-clean water, thanks to the cover. One detail our dogs loved was the trees and bushes at the back. They had a great time sniffing around and playing hide and seek. We loved the privacy, and the huge fence made the play super safe. We loved the comfy seats and the giant tree shade for us humans. Overall, it was a top-notch experience for our dogs and us. Thank you so much for your kindness in sharing your fantastic yard with our dogs! We will be back!!!!

Great beautiful spot! The hedges were so much enrichment for our dogs (big and small) and it was a nice open spot where they ran for 20min straight. It was also a very nice place to sit and watch the puppers play. Highly recommended!

Such a lovely place to hang with the pups. The yard is very well maintained with lots of space to run and play. We needed up doing a later visit but it was great because the whole yard is lit up making it very easy to see the pups while they were running around. Very well maintained and spacious Property for our pup to run and feel safe in. There was a sitting area under the deck which provided shade for us which was much appreciated on this hot day. Clear communication/instructions from the host prior to our visit. The host provided lots of toys, treats and lots of fresh water for our dog. Our dog loved the dog pool which was very clean for her to play in. I would definitely use this host again!

Brought both my dogs here and they loved their time. As expected it gets fairly dark when booking during nighttime hours, but they had lights strung up through the backyard to make it easier to see, and I don’t think the dogs cared much as they were just happy to sniff and run! While public off-leash dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than city parks. Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
