We have one full acre fully fenced with 4' high goat/sheep woven wire fencing. About 1/3 of it is open grassy field and the other 2/3 is nice shady woods. We in the process of over seeding the field to make the grass more lush this spring. We have added a few surprises down in the woods to make it more fun for our guests and their fur babies. There is an open lean-to where there are dog toys like frisbees and balls availble. There is also be a cute backdrop as a photo op for the dogs.

We are located on a no outlet street in Munson (Chardon), Ohio. Our home has several acres; one acre is securely fenced in with a combination of decorative fencing and chain link. All of the gates have an extra "lock" in order to secure they are latched while closed. The base of the fence is routinely inspected for gaps or escape routes and every measure is taken in order to make sure all dogs remain within the fenced in area. The space has a combination of open grass, wooded areas and even trails for dogs and their owners to explore while visiting my spot. The humans may sit on the seating by the woods, the "ice cream bench" slider, the furniture on the deck or the benches around the fire pit. Bags and/or a a pooper scooper are provided for waste. We kindly ask our guests to treat our property with respect. Owners must remain on the premises with their dog(s) at all times. Fresh Water is provided for each visit; the bowl is cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Please adhere to your reserved time, as sometimes I have back-to-back bookings and have my own dogs I schedule accordingly. Thank you for visiting my private park!

Syn had a great time today. Thank you so much for hosting! The kiddie pool and sprinkler were perfect for her and now I have to buy a sprinkler lol. I've never gotten to let her play off leash like that before with me so I am super grateful that we got to come out and work on her training in a safe space for both of us. We were able to hear the owner's pups, but we never saw them. It was a huge help and a big jump for us with Syn's training as she didn't react to the sound of them at all! The fence is awesome and there were no signs of a pups ability to wiggle under anywhere. The gate securely latches and is easy to open. We brought some of her toys from home because she's a little picky in her fetch but she ended up chasing the tennis ball that the owners had out. She loved it and got to play and run. She napped most of car ride home, so thank you again! We would love to come back to this space.
