My land boundary includes up to the white fence to the North, to route 402 on the South, and up to the private road on the West side of the property. I particularly love the evening hours here; sunsets can be stunning! Depending where you are on the property, you will be treated with views of the foothills and Long’s peak! This beautiful half acre has a fantastic, unobstructed view of the foothills and Long's Peak. Sunsets are stunning from the Dog Park. There are some Russian Olive Trees on the South side of the Park that provide wonderful shade, as well as a cottonwood near the North side, providing even more shade. This is an unobstructed, fully fenced pasture where dogs can roam freely. Water is provided at the water pump.

Our small dog, Oliver, loves to play fetch and run around with other dogs in the yard, so let us know if your dog would like a playdate. No worries if not! Most dogs also love seeing the cows across the street, and going in between the shady and sunny spots. Nice for humans too – it feels rural, but it’s just outside of town. Beautiful view of the mountains. We have a chuck-it, some balls, baggies, water & hand sanitizer 😊🐶 enjoy!

We know of a trainer who may be offering classes for Agility, Obedience & Behavior Modification at our location. If interested please contact us and provide your information, the trainer will setup a class time when we have sufficient interest to fill a class of 3-6 people at our location.

Imperia's Canine Connection 1+ Acre Private Dog Park The Spot: Over 1 acre of fully fenced (6' chain link) field area with a drive-through gate so your dogs can start running right out of the car. The surface is a packed sandy soil during the cold weather months and mowed natural vegetation during the warmer months. A walk around the interior fence line is about 1/4 mile so it's great for the active dog owner too. It's a close-in rural location right in Aurora just two miles east of I-225 from the Sixth Ave exit. While my field area is strictly for the dogs, there is a horse in a corral area next to the dog field. My neighbor has loose chickens on his property. Neither the horse nor the chickens are bothered by dogs. Dogs may bark out of curiosity and that's totally appropriate and ok, but they soon realize that with no reaction there is no need to bark. Sniffin' Hours are: 8:30 am -5:00 pm every day of the week. You may reserve time up to 14 days in advance.

We have 2 acres of open land where your dogs can run free! We do have a split rail fence and driveway openings so dogs will need to be good at responding to call commands. Great area for big dogs who need to run!

I have half an acre of open space/farmland for dogs to run around on. I have great views and a gazebo where you can watch your dog from. I do have dogs, a cat, chickens, and ducks, but they can all be in their own separated coops and inside the house. The property is fully fenced and I have horse panels if you want to section out part of the yard for your dog.
