Please enter through south fence (large brown gate). My fence is a three-rail, welded, pipe fence because I have horses. I have a large pasture on the south side where dogs could play with ease. I do have prairie dogs and cotton tail rabbits on my property so prey driven dogs will be stimulated! If you’d like a mile walk to the back of the property I can lock the horses up. You will need to open a second gate to continue west. There is a very large pond just past the gate to the right. The pond dries out in the fall and fills up in the spring. You’re are welcome to let your dogs explore it. However, they will get muddy feet when it’s holding water. My neighbor just to the south has a fence made of trees right up against my fence. At the end of the property, you may continue on (north) for a longer walk. You will enjoy a quiet, peaceful walk with your dog/dogs. We do have coyotes in the area so be aware.

Peru'vn Around Ranch Private Dog Park In Bellvue

18 acre ranch with beautiful landscape, views of horses and occasionally wildlife depending on time of day. You are welcome to pet the horses but do not feed. Please do not allow your dogs to bark, growl or charge the horses (even though they are behind fences). All the horses are calm and easy around dogs, which we need it to stay that way. We have a fully fenced area roughly 10 acres with mowed paths for walking. You are welcome to walk thru the field if desired. There are random balls and toys in the field for use, water is available and if we are home during your visit should the restroom be needed we will honor use of that. You are welcome to bring agility or equipment and toys each visit if desired or practice nosework. We are also open to hosting groups, such as agility, nosework or trainers who need a large outdoor space that is fully fenced. Off street parking and can accommodate large vehicles. Small dogs are welcome, do note the fencing is graduated so depending on size of dog, some real tiny ones who are escape artists may not be the best fit. Beautiful spot, serene with some fun birdwatching and a lovely little trail through the woods. My adolescent pitty had a blast sniffing and exploring and I got to just relax and let him follow his nose. Jess was lovely and explained where the trail went (plus it’s marked!) so I felt confident we were never wandering where we shouldn’t. As a side note, be aware that Sniffspot seems to underestimate the spot’s distance from town. The spot is about 40 minutes from downtown Loveland and Ft Collins but it was so worth the drive.

This spot is beautiful! This is a great little hike for folks with reactive dogs because you will not run into other dogs or people. There are burr seeds right now that your long haired pup will pick up so bring a brush to clean them up with. The host Jessica is very responsive to messages and super friendly and helpful. This was so perfect for our pups! They are siblings and both dog reactive to strange dogs so it makes hiking hard for them. This was a great place to meet up and let them hike together without fear of a dog around the corner. The drive up is absolutely gorgeous!! And the property itself has awesome views! We had a BLAST. This is by far a favorite kind of Sniffspot. Lots of smells with the plant life and terrain, beauty, leisurely hiking, and overall exploring. Owner is super friendly and gives you an idea of how the land goes. 10/10 recommend for those with good recall (unfenced and with 1 or 2 neighbors but almost unnoticed) Owners also reported there are no neighborhood dogs to worry about.

Best spot near Johnstown hands down! My husband took both our dogs and they had a blast chasing prairie dogs and bunnies. Perfect spot to let them off leash and not have to worry about any side distractions. Will definitely become a regular spot for us!

We loved the space, the gorgeous view of the mountains was a big bonus! The fence is definitely more of a suggestion, and there are very active prairie dogs on both sides so it was definitely a challenge for our young dog to keep his wits about him. He ran himself happy though!

Property was very easy and clear the understand where the lines were! My girl had a great time (… possibly TOO good of a time chasing all the prairie dogs!). Most of the fencing is not dog proof but I think all the fencing on the Walmart side would be. We liked this spot a lot but the density of critters was just a little too exciting for her (normally excellent) recall level 😂 we’ll be back after some more practice!

Great spot for dogs that want to run! Fence will not keep dogs in just keeps horses out! Never walked close enough to the barn for an interaction to be a problem. Lots of prairie dogs living in the field too!

Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
