This spot is super cute. The pool is big and spacious and there is grass space for our large dog to run around in. They leave toys and baggies for you to use. Overall 5/5. Will be back!

very well kept yard. & she has the pool deck area set up with clean toys, towels, bags, water, etc. my dogs love coming here to swim, and they have plenty of room to run around in the backyard!

Clean & very relaxing. She provides cold water bug spray towels etc would definitely recommend. The pool was a new experience for our older German Shepard and although we couldn’t get him in all the way he still enjoyed dunking his face in to get the ball.

We just took our Shepard to Rose’s for the first time this morning! She loved it, we loved it and will definitely be back. Easy to get to, clean, plenty of space and so many amenities. Rose has truly thought of everything from toys for pups to water, and a charging station for us humans. We so appreciated all of it. Our girl Sammie loved playing fetch and sniffing around the pool and the rest of the fully fenced lawn. Thank you

We loved this spot and will be back. Worth the 35min drive for us to have a safe spot for a reactive dog and a place for the kiddo to swim too. The hosts are very considerate leaving water and toys out.

We had the best time at Roses place! Ziggy had a blast cooling off in the swimming pool in between his hunt for lizards in the landscaped yard. He also took it upon himself to learn how to go under water today! Rose had everything ready for us, from towels, to toys, she even shares the WiFi password which was a plus with my remote schedule. Super thankful for the time and space, we look forward to many more visits!

Great place to take our pups. The pool was clean and the host left towels, sunscreen, poop bags and toys out. Thank you! There was a nice seating area too. A few piles of dog poop hadn’t been picked up in the yard before we arrived, but we mainly used the pool and had a lot of fun.

It was a perfect spot to desense my dog to a dog in a nice quiet environment. We enjoyed our stay. I would consider the spot more like Wesley Chapel area than Lutz.

Great communication. Nice fenced in backyard. Toys, towels, water, doggy bags and Alexa for music purposes all provided. Host was very kind. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful grass yard with a secure tall fence around it. The pool was SO awesome. Toys and a nice set up with everything you need. My dogs were shy about the pool ( first timers), but they loved the yard and ran around and played the whole time. Highly recommended- great spot 🩷

The pool was amazing. Rose had towels toys, and a bunch of other items for the dogs – she is definitely a preferred host now and we will surely be coming back! Our dog had a great time!

Rose is an absolutely amazing host! The pool is spectacular, the yard is always clean and has an endless amount of toys for my pup to get into, not to mention the water she supplies the pups and humans. Rose’s spot is the best spot and that’s why I’m a reoccurring sniffer or at least Leo is. Anyways book with her for an amazing time with your pup!

I’m kind of feeling greedy and don’t wanna say it’s wonderful because I don’t want people to take appointments that I want but it’s pretty awesome. It is especially for the water aspect very well taken care of clean and just welcoming. It’s wonderful thank you Rose.

Very long open yard that dead ends into the lake with a dock. My dogs loved playing on the edge of the lake/ in the water and smelling all around the dock. Yard is very private. Chain link fence on one side shared with neighbors but lots of trees/ plants along the edge so it feels quite secluded. Did not see or hear any other animals/ pets or people while we were there. To enter the yard you walk back so the entrance to the back yard portion is not fenced but it is very long so plenty of space for dogs to run around separate from the entrance. Very clean. Will likely be back since the dogs enjoyed the water so much.

Beeeeautiful place!~ Huge yard, front and back, my boys loved running/sniffing all around the house. Also has a lake, which is fenced off by a low fence...lake has copious amounts of wildlife!~ And So Serene! They had a puppy pool set up, both my guys randomly jumped in and out of there. Kate provided towels, a hose, toys and pure puppy bliss~ We went at 10am... they were passed out for the rest of the day...and night! My only problem is the cost for two dogs was $30 an hour... so a bit cost prohibitive for me to make it regular, but it will be a nice treat now and again... OH, and they give you a Free day pass to Two Shepherds Taproom in Tampa!~ Very lovely hosts!
