Beautiful isolated 13 acre spot in the country. There is a clear well maintained marked trail through the woods to an area that has springs, a stream and a watershed. Moving on down the 1/4 mile driveway passed the house is a path down to the Tye River that has a nice size riverbank (beach) for romping and water splashing. Dogs who can swim can venture out onto the rocks to explore the river. (Low tide) Those who want to exercise can hike down/up the stream climbing big rocks and other obstacles. This is a highly wooded area with lots to explore “off path”, and on path so bring your bug spray. This is heaven for dogs and for those who prefer a challenging exploration vs a standard field or yard to explore. The walk to the stream/springs/watershed is a beautiful fairly easy walk. The river walk while there is a trail, it’s pretty steep, rocks to trip on and a good workout to get back up. The river walk is good workout if you’re interested in getting into shape! Or choose the path to the watershed which is much easier. Come join us at Bear’s Creek for an adventure your dog will thank you for! Rules for the river: Low tide, all are welcome. This is a beautiful spot for dogs. There is a quiet road running along one edge of the property, but the woods around the property are the real draw. Lots of natural space to explore. When it rains, there is a stream that runs through. There are many paths cut through the woods for your dog to explore. The borders of the property are well marked by orange ribbons except for the road frontage. .

4 rail fencing with dog wire. Pool will be available in the summer. Picnic table for sitting. Some agility will be avail in summer. IAlso walks avail down to a lovely creek.

2 level yards available. 1 grassy with brick patio and access to raised deck. The other has some bare areas that can be muddy after a rain. Tall solid wooden privacy fence surrounds entire backyard. Balls, toys, some simple agility items, several size kiddy pools and 2 different sprinklers in the warm weather.

The space spans 1.5 acres, filled with open areas for fetch, zoomies, and more. And don’t worry, I’ve got you covered with dog poop clean-up bags and hand sanitizer, so we can all keep things nice and tidy. There are a few toys on the property for extra fun, but if your pup has a favorite, feel free to bring it along! Please remember to clean up after your pup—because clean paws and happy tails make for a better experience for everyone. Trash bins are provided for your convenience, and I promise, your dog will thank you with extra tail wags. It's a 56acre partially fenced farm. We have 2 horses, 2 dogs, and 3 cats who live here. They have access to inside so cats will be safe from visiting dogs. We plan to ad a dog course and play zone and a swimming area soon.

Welcome to Elysium Farms! We are located in scenic Scottsville, VA down a private gravel road. We have access to a walking trail, large pasture, woods, and a creek! We have fenced-in farm animals your dogs can view. We will provide camping chairs, bottled water, water for your dog, a kiddie swimming pool and water for your dog to drink. We do have 3 dogs of our own, but they are fenced in with our underground fencing and with notice, we will be happy to lock them inside the house for your peace of mind and comfort! This is all on private, family land with plenty of roaming land!
