Enjoy almost 23 acres of secluded trails and a pond! There are several trails you are welcome to explore, however, only the main trail to the pond is marked with signs. Parking is in the grass field to left of the house (if you are facing the house). There is no drive, you pull into the field, drive to the back of the field, and park. You are welcome to play in the field but the trails and pond are the main attractions. It's about a 1/4 mi to the pond. The trails are hilly.

Carter’s Private Dog Park allows dogs to explore the trails and creeks in the woods area, walk the 1/2 mile gravel driveway, play in acres of grass fields, and enjoy the obstacles set up for our sister horse obstacle course (Alliance Equine Obstacle Course) where all are located on a private, gated (BUT not fenced) 36 plus acre farm. You will need to keep dogs leashed to stay on the farm property and not roam onto neighbors land. Please note horses and cats are also on site. Additional fully fenced field (appx 1/2 acre) can be added as an extra where your dog can be off leash. Please pick up after your pet at all times and areas. Water is available for drinking for dogs from a hose near the parking area (bring own bowls) or creeks (at times) in the woods. Outdoor Bath area (not heated) is an extra if planning to have your dog swim in the pond and wash before leaving. Owners must bring own dog shampoo and towels.

I have cans of tennis 🎾 balls for you to play with your pup. Take one to use and take it home with you. Must bring your own disposable poop 💩 bags to cleanup after your dog so others have a clean space to enjoy. Only one reservation at a time per person. Reservations in advance to ensure your time is private.

Fully fenced yard in beautiful Thisleton within walking distance to Juniper Hills, the Frankfort water park, and the Kentucky state capitol. Many trees line the yard plus designated places for our companions who can’t stop working who love to dig. We even have moles and chipmunks dogs love to chase or hunt. No chemicals are used on my yard to ensure the safety of both my dogs and yours. I also provide a lounging area with a lawn chair, umbrella, table, and music through Alexa of your choice. For your fur-baby we have access to a water hose, water bowel during your visit, doggie waste bags, trash can, and a treat for your pups.

Hello! I have approximately one (1) acre fenced in backyard with 4-board wooden fencing. I also host through Rover and all dogs love my backyard! This is a smoke free property. Please do not smoke at any area on the entire property. Please always pick up after your puppers with disposable bags. Tied bags can be placed in the large trash bins near the sidewalk going down the back steps.

Large and long space to run and play, can accommodate several dogs together. Shaded areas, sunny areas, areas with sticks and limbs. Nothing fancy but great for dog play. Mostly flat. Mostly mowed but small areas with tall grass sometimes for hiding since some dogs really know that. The spot is outside so there are bugs present sometimes certain times of the year- ticks, spiders, mosquitos, flies, gnats, etc. We are also directly next door to a lake which can increase the amount of mosquitos because they are attracted to water, please plan accordingly and bring bug repellant. Quiet area, very close to 264. The little swimming pool pictures is not typically present. *This is not doggie daycare- owners must be present with their pet(s) at all times. Outbuildings and cellar are private- no people or pets are to enter the those spaces. If children are present they are welcome to play on the playground at their own risk*. *** Coming soon- bug spray, gazebo with netting, agility training items, and poop baggies *** Absolutely no smoking on property.

Welcome to our little piece of heaven. We enjoy our land and our dogs so much we want others to as well, so we opened it to sniff spot. Our area is a total of 17 acres with a creek that runs a quarter of the way throughout the perimeter. This is a large piece of property and is close to a busy road so some dogs so require some sort of long leash or rope for the dogs that do not have a strong recall. A portion of the land is mowed for a shorter terrain for ease of mobility. Trails are available to utilize as well as more are being cut at current time to travel throughout property. Half the property is left natural for a refuge for the wildlife. The natural areas have areas where there is tall grass areas. Thick brush, and uneven ground. Please consider your self and your animal’s physical health when hiking through property. There is a creek on both sides of the driveway and trails on both sides of the driveway as well . Feel free to get down in the creek and look for arrow heads, crawfish or cool shaped creek rocks. Walk the creek or the trails or let them stretch out across the field, play ball or frisbee there is plenty of room to run and stretch you furry baby’s legs. When visiting in spring it is highly recommended to wear bug spray for the flys and ticks as that’s a very heavy season and is recommended. Future accommodations coming : fenced 60x60 area dog play area with obstacles and sitting area, more trails and sitting areas along creek side. I have 4.13 acres for exploring and playing. We have a fully chain link fenced in section and then you may explore or use our tie outs in other sections of the yard. We have a deck that is fenced and connects to the fenced in portion of the yard. We have chairs, firepit, treats, toys, and are fine if the pups dig. 😊
