Fez had the best time exploring all of the beautiful quiet land. The trails were great, the mowed path in the field was awesome, too. But, Fezzik really loved all of the water. We can’t wait to go back!

This spot is one of my faves and perfect for summer time. It has open fields and a shallow creek to play and keep the dogs cool. This visit we didn’t venture to the wooded area as my dog is the happiest while playing fetch in the water, but we will try it in the future. We parked near a garage by the bridge, property is very easy to find. Brooke was very nice through messages. Overall my dog was so happy here he didn’t want to leave and I cried a little seeing him enjoy himself so much. Thank you for making this beautiful property available, we will come back for sure!

Very nice property! We accidentally went into the neighbors yard and the gentleman was very nice about it. There were little grassy areas that were cut out and you could sit in them. We couldn't go up into the wooded area because the hill was a little to big for our older boy. But there was plenty of space for running and playing. They especially loved the creek. It wasn't to high either we could all walk in it. We will definitely be back.

My dogs had a good time here playing in the water and walking the field. Nice private land. The only issue was I didn’t know where to park, so I parked by garage. Also, sometimes it was hard to tell the property lines and where I was supposed to be, but we still had lots of fun.

This was just the spot I’ve been looking for! Plenty of space for the dogs to roam and run freely, and still in plain sight. Great for recall and other training practice as it was nice and quiet and free of distractions! Will definitely be back.

Our Boyz Loved this property! They had so much fun playing in the stream and romping around in the tall grass. It was nice for our older pup because it was flat. Host is quick to respond, great communicator! Will definitely return

I'm a frequent user of sniffspot and tried this one for the first time today. Directions for parking was clear and the spot was great fun! Loved the mowed paths through the field and the dogs loved zipping around. It may have been a fall day but they enjoyed a little swim in the creek, it was nice and deep! This will be in my regular rotation, especially as we get to summer when I want shorter walks and more swimming fun or if I don't have as much time to adventure as it's closer to home.

We booked just an hour or two in advance on Christmas Day, and they were very accommodating! The property is great and the pups had so much fun running in the yard and stream that we didn't get to check out the rest of the property, but next time!

This is such a lovely spot, and we would highly recommend. My German Shepherd could’ve spent all day there, especially in the front field portion. We brought a ball to play with, and it was very nice to just walk around as well. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time exploring this spot! Due to frequent rain, it was a bit flooded but that didn’t slow down our dogs! The creek was definitely a bit too swift today for water adventures but it was still a fun time.

Beautiful property with a creek and field to roam and romp in. My dog enjoyed sniffing around the barn. We went after heavy rains so the grass was a bit muddy- bring waterproof boots if you go after rain! Brook was very pleasant and kind to communicate with. Our dog is very reactive and she made sure to put her dogs inside while we enjoyed the sniff spot. Great experience! 😊👍

This spot had nice stretches to run and our dog enjoyed playing fetch the whole time. While we easily found the stream, easy access to it wasn’t obvious and our dog wasn’t brave enough to navigate the brush around it. There were shady spots that were great for our dog to cool down. A very nice spot!
