Welcome to Southeast Wisconsin’s Finest Pet Resort! Here at Cedar Dale Pet Resort we have been caring for your four-legged family members since 1981 and now we are offering you a whole new experience- the opportunity to enjoy our recently remodeled Private Puppy Playground! Fun is sure to ensue in a fully fenced natural grass play yard filled with numerous obstacles and various play equipment for the ultimate enriching experience! Zoom through tires, climb on spools, and run down slides. Lay in the grass under the shade of a tree or dig in the sand. Seating for the human family, waste scoop & receptacle are provided. Complimentary wade-pool and towels will be made available upon request. Currently hours of availability for our Private Puppy Playground are generally when our guests are napping or inside the resort eating so no need to be worried about other dogs interfering with your pup’s outing. During the summer months when the weather is nice and our guest volume is high, we may have dogs outside in the other yards midday, but we will not utilize the yard next to the Private Puppy Playground during Sniffspot reservations. Other daytime hours may be available upon request, but we ask that you contact the resort directly for scheduling those times. Additional services including daycare play groups, overnight boarding, nail trims, bathing, and full grooming services, as well as professional training are also available.

Lazy Bones Acres offers 5 acres of wooded hiking trails for you and your furry companion to enjoy. Pack a lunch to enjoy on one of our picnic tables along the way or simply take in the peacefulness of the forest and wildlife. Listen to the squirrels chase each other in the tree tops, the woodpeckers pecking away in a nearby tree, or the geese honking at a nearby pond. Wildlife that are commonly seen on visits include deer, rabbits, wild turkeys, chipmunks, a beautiful array of wild birds, and much more. *Our terrain is uneven as it goes through woods. If you have trouble with balance or walking, please reconsider your visit to our property for your safety. Trails are kept clear, but raspberry and blackberry bushes present thorns, please use caution with these prickers. ** Our spot is fully fenced, however if your dog is not command trained we do not recommend letting them off leash. Dogs have a natural instinct to chase the rabbits and squirrels we have. Cholula is a 5 year old GSP rescue who knows the value of play as she has had reactivity issues in the past (although she’s worked past most of those issues :) We understand the difficulty of these issues and she’s excited to share her space with you! Notice: We are closing the spot on May 23rd for maintenance. Sorry for the inconvenience. Grass and rain: Please keep in mind that during moderate to heavy rains the area without mulch can get muddy. Beginning May of 2024, we will post pictures daily to our Instagram account showing the condition of the spot. As you can imagine, due to the wear and tear the spot gets, it’s difficult to keep the grass alive. However, we do our best to reseed during the spring. BarkPark sits right across the street from The Salvation Army Freedom Center. This spot is fully fenced (chain link and wood) with the side facing the sidewalk being 5ft and the rest of the fence being 6ft. There is a dual-gate entrance to the spot for a safe entry and exit. Street parking is available. There is plenty of seating at this spot with shade throughout the day. There's a rain barrel filled with water for dogs to hydrate and cool down. We have water bowls available. GIANT sandbox that's great for digging and playing; no digging elsewhere please. On hot days, we do our best to keep the sand wet. Trash can onsite. We have poop bags available in two different areas for easy access. Half of this spot is covered with grass and the other half with playground mulch. This spot is big enough to get a good fetch session in or to just let the zoomies out. We also recently added agility equipment. We hope you and your four-legged friend/s have an exceptional time during your visit and choose to come back. Lost toys and items: Due to the amount of visits we get we aren’t able to track which items belong to which guest. If you’ve lost a dog toy or other item, please reach out and we’ll do our best to retrieve it and hold it for you. If you don’t reach out, we’ll hold onto it for a week and then add it to the Lost and Found Toy Box. Water: The dog drinking water gets changed 1-2 times per week, depending on the temperature/usage. During the winter months we empty the water barrel. If your dog/s require water during the winter months, we ask that you please bring your own. Food: You’re welcomed to bring food but we ask that you please clean up as a courtesy to other guests. Future additions: We hope to add more amenities over time. Our plans are to add more sand to the sandbox in late April or early May of 2024. We’re also hoping to have on-site parking around mid summer of 2024. If you have any suggestions for amenities, we’d love to hear your feedback.

My Sniffspot is just south of I-94 and across from Lower Nemahbin Lake access. You will see a foster care sign at the end of the driveway. The address is 1635 North Sawyer Road. It is well-marked. We do have beehives (located near the barn), fenced ducks & chickens (not visible from the field), and barn cats that wander the area. One rooster free ranges but he and none of the other animals will approach you or your dogs. You may also see deer or wild turkeys. Because we want all of these animals, including your dogs to be safe, please keep dogs on leash when outside the field and be in control of them at all times. The private dog park has 3 agility jumps, 1 short tunnel, and miniature weave poles. Feel free to adjust any of the jumps to fit your dog(s)' jump height. You can also create your own agility course! The park provides a cot, three chairs, some toys, and 2 throwing sticks. The Toys are located on top of a purple bin and there are more toys inside of the bin you can take out! A hose/sprinkler is provided in the summer! More agility equipment will be added in the spring/summer. There is plenty of space to let your furry friend run free! Please note: I am a high school student and my parents are letting me maintain the Sniffspot to earn money. Therefore, I may not be able to respond to messages right away if I am in class, but I will try my best!

Payton’s playground is a spot where you can spend personal time with your dog by yourself without having to worry about others intruding in on your play session. We have agility equipment, pools, ramps, weaving poles, water bowls and more available at your disposal. It’s a great environment to be in & is directly adjacent to one of the best doggy daycares in Chicago, PupStars Pet Care. We LOVE sharing our space with multiple dogs from the community however, it is hard on the grass. For this reason, we have limited our evening and some weekend availability to Members Only to decrease the wear and tear on the yard. With the fluctuation in weather please be aware: If outdoor parks are wet and muddy ~ areas of our yard will be also. We cannot control the effects of rain. WATER: Due to freezing temperatures all water features have been removed for the season. Clean water bowls will be provided, but please bring your own water for the time being. Thank you for understanding. Please always use the provided carabiner to lock the gate as pictured after you and your dog(s) enter. We have installed multiple methods of LIGHTING for evening reservations. Easy instructions for use will be sent when you make the reservation. We do have a SHADE/RAIN SHELTER! :) PARKING: One FREE private parking space located at the entrance from the alley at the back of the lot. Since some guests were having a tough time with the parking space, we did WIDEN the entrance. We park 2 Honda CRV's back there daily without issue. Fully fenced 6 foot secure and private green space. Large open lot with seating and plenty of room to play fetch or just relax off leash. Easy street parking, no permit required. Any Extras will be located in the storage bin on the east wall of the lot. We have evening hours 6:30p to 9:30p for Members Only, 7 days per week.

Our yard is a longer more narrow yard which allows the dogs a little more distance for their runs. There is landscape bordering the fence and a garden in the front of the yard next to a yoga studio. There are areas to explore and areas for both dog and owner to relax, and a secure dog run that can be used for training. There is some agility equipment, a small plastic pool, as well as a sandbox and a deck with a roof in the dog run to help keep the dogs cool on a hot day. Water(hose), dog bowl(s), toys and towel(s) to dry the dogs off will be provided.

We have out door play & Our indoor open-play environment encourages exercise and socialization for all dogs. Your dog will learn good behavior, learn to adjust to new dogs, make new furry friends and become more well-rounded with each day at doggie daycare.

Our yard has several toys available along with an adjustable A-Frame along with a flirt pole and spring pole available for use, we also have a hammock for the owners to relax as there dogs play, access to a hose and power outlets. There’s also a doggy waste spot and scooper you can dispose of there waste quick and easy.

Planet Paws playground is part of our canine enrichment center. It’s a unique venue designed specifically to provide your dog with opportunities to work their brains, gain confidence, experience different surfaces and enjoy a nice swim in our swimming pool. ***** NOTE : Effective July 8th our spot will have a new rate, the demand has been so high that we had to hire someone to make sure the spot is up to our standards each time before a visitor comes in. We also had to upgrade the filter in order to be able to maintain a crystal clear water with the less amount of chemicals as possible. Should you have a reservation on the calendar after July 8th and Sniffspot honors your current rate we will honor that as well. Otherwise, be aware that new rate will apply effective July 8th. ******************

We love our dogs so much that we bought this cute cottage for the huge, 1/2 acre yard! Conveniently located in the suburbs but it feels like you’re in the country. Amenities include mature shade trees, kiddie pools, agility jumps, tunnels & plenty of room to run & play fetch.

There is a pond in the front yard that is suitable for dog swimming most days + the backyard is tree lined. Tennis balls can always be randomly found throughout the yard + if they’re lucky, maybe a toy or two.

Health and safety always come first. 😊 1 acre with a wide open lot and an 8,000 sq ft fenced in play area. Driveway parking is available. Let your dog run off some steam and play in a safe, comfortable space. They can play with some of our outdoor toys and tug rope! We have plenty of light in our fully fenced-in area, which makes it perfect for an after dark visit. The open lot is great for training or just hanging out in the sun. Let your pups run WILD!
