Wowowow!! I thought finding a fully fenced place within 20 minutes of capital hill where my reactive dog would be comfortable getting her zoomies out would be impossible — this spot is terrific! Fresh water, toys, and treats even waited for us on a table in the back. 10/10 would come again!! For those with reactive dogs: we could hear the dogs in the house bark when we arrived, but they quickly calmed down and we never saw them. My pup is highly sensitive even to hearing other dogs and she settled down within 5 min.

My dog and I loved this yard! I didn't see any gaps in the fence that posed a problem, although my dog isn't an escape artist, she just focuses on her ball. It's a good size and feels very private. I didn't see or hear any other dogs. Thank you, we will be back!

A terrific spot! Very easy to get to, private and spacious. Absolutely perfect for my reactive boy. Host provides water, toys and treats. We even nabbed some yummy plums to snack on. Definitely look forward to being back again.

Great big space and friendly owners. The spot might not be the best for some larger dogs as there is a section of the property against the neighbor's driveway that isn't fenced and a larger or more agile dog might be able to jump onto from the Sniffspot
