Our place is off the beaten path and very quiet. That's the first thing people say when they visit- it's so quiet here! Our place is a work in progress so each time you come, you may see something new. This truly is our hobby farm. It's what we do in our spare time and we hope you enjoy it! Our property is 2 acres with lots of places to explore for a dog. Our own sweet Nana passed away a few years ago but she'd love knowing her favorite place was being enjoyed by other 4-legged friends. This is not a fenced yard so dogs that struggle with recall would not be a good fit for our place. We also have other farm animals, chickens, rabbits, cats and our pet pig, Nellie. We ask that dogs that would be bothered by these other critters not utilize our place. We have a walking path around a 1/2 acre of grass so you can get some steps in while your dog explores. All yard areas are available for use but be aware that we have some wood piles behind the barn that may have nails in boards or rusty metal. There's plenty of parking, water spigots and we'll set out some chairs for your use. **If you bring children, we ask that they not play on the play equipment for safety reasons

Welcome to our beautiful half-acre spot in Nampa, ID, perfect for dog guests! Our backyard is fully fenced, offering plenty of running space for dogs to play freely. For families, we have swings and a trampoline to keep kids entertained, along with a firepit for cozy evenings. You’ll also enjoy the shade, complimentary snacks, refreshments, and free WiFi. The side gate provides easy access, so you can come and go with ease. We have 8 friendly Nigerian Dwarf Goats, securely fenced in their own area away from the main yard. Guests are welcome to feed them leaves over the fence. Parking is easy with space right in front of our house, and there's an open front lawn and a field with a walking trail, perfect for dog walks. We're conveniently located just under a mile from Lake Lowell and near a gas station, ideal if you're traveling through. Whether you're looking for a quick space for your dog to run during a long road trip or want a larger, safer area to train your dog, we’re your perfect spot!

Our girl loved it. Huge field to run on, play fetch, sniff all of the things. Highly recommend going at sunrise, because the views are beautiful. Water and ball launcher as well as poop bags are all provided. This cute sniff spot is only a few minutes off the interstate, really quiet, and super close to a brand new Albertson's so the humans can treat themselves as well.

Wonderful space to let your dogs get some sniffing in, big enough to practice long recalls, and plenty of space for playing ball with the pups. They had some water and bowl at the picnic table. It was so nice to have some piece of mind while taking our older reactive dog out for some exercise.

My GSP had so much fun playing ball. He can be reactive with other dogs around me (something we’re working on) and being able to take him where he can run and play ball without having that worry is so relieving. Nice big area, clean and easy access. We will definitely be back!

Wow what a wonderful big space to roam! We were traveling and our little pups definitely needed a place for zoomies and this was it! One warning is there is no shade late afternoon so it was hot. Cold water and a water dish was provided which helped alot.

Boone had a blast today with the sprinklers! I think he could have played all evening in them. Such a great spot and with having a reactive dog to other dogs it’s so nice being able to bring him here without worrying . His recall is pretty good and his desire to always be by my side never makes it an issue with the open fence. We love this spot, thank you!

Hands down my best Sniffspot experience yet. I texted Curtis to let him know we'd gotten stuck in traffic and he graciously offered to extend our time to make up for it. I'd also taken him up on his offer to have his dog, Boone, come play with my dog. The two had SO much fun chasing and playing fetch. The sprinklers were on which was an added bonus. The view in the field is great, got to see cows grazing and fields of greenery. There was a giant dispenser of water, toys, poo bags, and a trash can at the picnic table. My lab had SO much fun. Definitely can't wait to go back!

Our pups had a great time and we will definitely come back to this awesome spot! It was raining so we didn’t have any problems with cheat grass/fox tails so that’s a plus! Our pup decided she wanted to go meet the cows nextdoor (sorry cows) so keep an eye on your more adventurous dogs lol

Well, I took my 8 month old puppy out on a long line.’she is good at coming but sometime she forgets where I’m at over the excitement of running. Loved the tall grass clover and? She has never been in tall stuff before and she loved it. It wore her out fast which I liked. There was a dog on the grass area at the church but not for long. Didn’t trigger my dog, she was to busy with the tall grass👍😁

It was a gorgeous day to take my boys to this perfect little spot! Plenty of room for zoomies and lots to sniff and mark haha plus an amazing view of the foothills. There was a large container of water and a bowl available as well. Curtis was super nice and communicative! Will go back!

Love this field! My dog, Bruno, had a great time exploring and running free playing fetch. It’s a huge space he could really run fast and he loved it. Any open fencing was far enough away that my dog didn’t even notice or care. Very clean and also beautiful views. Can’t wait to return!

Are dog fields safe?

If you are looking for an adventure, but also looking for safety, Sniffspot dog fields are a great option. While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, distracted dog owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private space for just you and doggy friends you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). Especially for training, privacy is ideal. You can review the details of the listing to make sure it works as your desired activity space, for example, safe dog exercise, dog training, a stress-free adventure with your furry friend or even a puppy event. You can even check the park amenities chart for amenities such as indoor training facilities, agility field, synthetic turf, exercise balls or field parking availability in advance. If inclement weather is an issue or poor field conditions, you can reschedule your visit up to 2 hours in advance.

What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot dog field?

We require that all four-legged friends have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not allow dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules. Make sure to check host rules before visiting to ensure, for instance, that you are following allowable sports activities rules and any special events rules.

Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot field at the same time as me?

No. Facility rentals are for private play time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the area during visits, so this is perfect for a private adventure for you and your doggie friends, and perhaps a human friend. Hosts understand that many guests have dogs in training and are nervous owners. So when you book a Sniffspot dog field you have the entire private spot to yourself. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between time slots so you will not run into other guest dogs or a previous person when coming or leaving in the field parking area. Some hosts may have multiple fields, but there is always a buffer between fields.
