Our backyard is very well maintained, approximately a half an acre of fenced yard. Due to some maintenance done to the property, the lawn was reseeded. There are patches but we have reseeded those areas as well. It will take a few weeks for the new growth. We provide several seating areas for our guests with umbrellas. However, you may need to wear a sun hat to help with additional shading. We provide potty bags and a garbage can for disposal. Water provided to dogs and minimal toys. This was my first time at a Sniffspot. I took a dog that I was watching for a family member who had never been able to run freely before, and he had SO much fun. The yard was huge, I didn’t see any animal droppings that were in the way. It was easy to pull up and walk right in. They also have chickens (fully fenced in) which was a fun new smell for the dog. All communication I had with the owner was very nice and we felt welcomed there. My only regret is not bringing enough water to stay our whole 1.5 hours! I will 100% be bringing my own dog back here to check it out!

Very spacious and it looks to be very lovely. I went when there were a couple of feet of snow. Knee deep. My dog loved but we were only there for half our time due to snow/cold safety. I'm more than likely to use this spot again in the non heavy snowy times. I couldn't give a full review since there's like a couple of feet of snow.

I had no problem finding the spot and the owner happened to be leaving and pointed me to the gate. My boys absolutely loved it. They could hardly wait for me to take their leashes off and then took off running. There was SO much space and different paths they could take. There's also a fenced off chicken area and the boys were mesmerized, haha. The rooster started crowing and they stood for almost a minute just watching. Everything was better than expected. We will definitely be back!
