Come and enjoy our own private 3plus acres of wooded with some open space and trails. Fully fenced in and secure. So much space for your fur babies to run and explore. No need to stress with other dogs that may be reactive. Or maybe your pup doesn’t play well with others and prefers their own space. Our private dog park is for you. This space is amazing. It is not attached to our back yard and is a completely separate and private area. A great place for play dates with others, maybe even a picnic for the humans. Bring your snowshoes if you would like a bit of a workout yourself off trail in the deeper snow! PLEASE NOTE: Zero tolerance for smoking of ANYTHING while on our property. You may smoke in your own personal vehicle. But also, do NOT leave your dogs unattended. Please pick up after your dog. I am finding a crazy amount of poop left behind. Fill any holes you pup digs and return toy to bin. Also, in the winter months, please be aware that their is no lighting in the field. The designated Sniffspot parking area has ample lighting but none in the field.

Hello! Welcome to The Dog Spot! We are located in the country in Corcoran, just south of Hanover, west of Rogers. We have about .5 acres fenced in that we refer to as our dog park. Fencing is chicken wire / hog paneling with a utility gate entry. We just added a doggy treat mailbox! My yard is fully fenced in, flat and pretty open. There is a patio with a small table and some chairs, and a variety of plants. There are rose bushes in the garden bed next to the garage so it's best to keep your pup out of that area but they can sniff and play as much as they want! I have a wide variety of dog safe flowers and plants for them to explore. On the patio there is a storage box with a bowl, dog bags, toys, dog-safe bubbles and a fun sprinkler attachment specifically for pups! If you'd like the kiddy pool out and filled up please let me know when you book.

We provide seating and shade for the humans and disposable water bowls for your use, toys, treats and occassional other fun things for the pups. We live in a neighborhood that is all single family homes so as you can expect, many of our neighbors have dogs. You may hear them while you are in our yard but it is not possible for them to come face to face so you can relax and let your pup enjoy their off-leash time 🐶😁 We also have yard lights too if you come later in the evening. 1 acher fenced in wide open with a few trees. We do have 5 fruit trees in the corner. We will have a hose and sprinkler available if wanted, and we also have a dog kiddy pool available for use. We have a firepit available as well. Parking in front of 3rd grade stall or in the grass by fence/ entry gate located right of the 3rd stall garage spot see photos for Pictures. There is a table and chairs to sit at as well. We have 2 black labs. If you would like them to join to play, please let us know. They are very friendly and love dogs, people, and kids. Fenced in back yard with access to the Trinity Gardens public park trail. Large shady backyard with room to run, water and hose access, and a kiddie pool. Not to mention a never ending supply of fetch sticks from the Birch tree. We have some toys and tennis ball, but feel free to bring your pups favorite toy as well.

March 5, 2025: We will be open for the next several days with the new snowfall. Once the snow disappears, we will close up again. February 24, 2025: Due to rapid snow melt, the yard will need to be closed until we get colder temperatures. A large, open 1.25 acre fenced in yard with multiple small hills that is bordered on the west side by a public walking trail (with 6 foot fence) and on the north side by Rice Creek (with 5 foot fence). Note that the creek is not directly accessible from the Sniffspot. During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. Agility equipment pictured are available during the warmer months and are not available in the winter. There's abundant street parking as we are located at a dead-end.
