**Due to the winter season, all furniture, kiddie pool, hose, fountains/pond, sprinkler, dog hangout area, and decorative lighting have been put away. The gazebo is used to store many of these items, so it is off limits till spring. Fresh water will only be provided in the bowls on the deck. Camp Fire, S’mores, Tread Scavenger Hunt, Bubbles & Biscuits, and Rip & Tear Extras will not be available until spring. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation while our Sniffspot is winterized. We’ve lowered our price for the season. We look forward to providing all of our typical amenities come warmer weather again! Our quiet, fully fenced (6’ privacy fence) 1 acre yard offers a variety of dog & human friendly spaces. There’s a secure entrance to the yard from a large circle driveway. There is a deck with table, seating, and umbrellas, a small pond, a screened in gazebo with a fan and seating, a hammock area, a shaded doggy hangout, and a fire pit with seating. We have a variety of surfaces: concrete sidewalk, mulch landscaping beds, dirt holes for digging, wood deck with rugs, gravel beds, and plenty of grass! The yard is lined with large trees for shade. There’s plenty of dog toys and various water bowl zones.

This 80’x220’ fully fenced area is fenced with cattle panels with 4” openings and is 4’ high. The field is also used for disc dog competitions (frisbee dog) and may be painted for disc dog games.

Lot is 7800 sq feet, I do have a very friendly 5 month old cane corso on site. He’s never out alone unless we’re home.

Lots of fun for your puppers and peace of mind for you, while we do have neighbors, there won't be close encounters but you may hear them on occasion, or see them driving past, though it is very private we are not completely isolated. No poop bags provided or needed, just make sure it's not where people walk. Half hour visits are available. Discount code for first time visitors. We offer 7 acres of wooded land for your pooch to run and discover! We have several well cleared & well kept trails to hike on , a campsite with fire pit and a large dog pen available if your pooch needs a time out .... We encourage all dogs to start out on lead until comfortable with the terrain and area as wildlife likes to visit our woods! All dogs should be off leash trained to come on command before allowing them to run free... In the summer we have a small pool for your fur a y to cool off in, dog toys are always available, and water is kept at campsite for your pet to rehydrate ....we also offer poop bags and have a trash can available to dispose your doggies doodoo in properly....towels ate available in vase your pup tolls in mud or anything mud like!

Now available 5 acres of play! Our play area features a 2 acre unfenced mowed and maintained yard. Also included is 3 acres of unmaintained creek bottom. Dog are more than welcome to take a dip in the creek as long as you are willing to walk through the high grass to supervise! Surrounding the property is a 20 acre wheat field. Be aware that if a dog were to go in the wheat they will not be visible so dog must be able to be recalled. The wheat is not around all year and once harvested the extra 20 acres is free game for play. Our area is prone to ticks and we recommend checking pets immediately after returning home from their day of play. On the property is also outdoor cats, 2 dogs (that will remain indoors during your play period) and free range ducks so please consider how your dogs will react as we know things happen but would not like them to chase or go after these animals.

A fun spot for dogs to run, jump, fetch, roam, smell and explore. Certified National Wildlife Habitat in a residential neighborhood. Fully fenced in. No chemicals of any kind. Lawn, trees, rock walls, trenches and hills. Shade, lawn and patio furniture provided for the pet owners, as well as electricity and WiFi if needed.

Our "little white church turned home" is located down a private stone lane off a back country road. 10 minutes off Rt 81 Exit 100, we're a great place to let your pups run off some energy during those long road trips. We have a little over an acre for your dogs to run and the views are breathtaking. Surrounded by farm fields and the Appalachian mountains in the distance, you'll love the space as much as your pups.

There is a ramps for dogs rc cars to play on . Horses do go buy a lot .

I have over 100 acres of land that includes a pond, woods, open fields, and 4 wheelers/ a gator to take out to have your dogs run with!! I will be adding a lure course & an agility course in the future this year so keep an eye out :)

Its a decent size yard with plenty of flat space for dogs to run. We had a dog who recently died, we are not ready to get a new dog but would love to see our yard played in .

It’s a great spot near the top of the hillside can see most of Williamsport and south Williamsport from here it’s a beautiful property❤️ there is a good sized fenced in area in my open back yard it’s a very nice black fence that was just installed a year ago ! Come let your dog or dogs have fun here while u hang on the deck in the sun or under the roof that extends over the big deck! Zero gravity chairs to be comfortable in please enjoy! Lots of parking
