Carmopals front yard is a safe clean semi shaded private spot to play with your dog. I have several jumps and weave poles. There are three lights that you may manually turn on. There is mosquito repellent and poop bags in the brown box. There are dogs in the house so you may hear barking but no dogs along the fence line. Please enjoy and treat respectfully. I also have a pond at the bottom of the property. Every time I let my dogs out into the pasture, they act like its the first time and run around sniffing. Can't wait to share with all of you.

I have a 3+ acre piece of property behind the Hobby Lobby on Sawdust Road. Park in front of the blue cargo container building and walk around behind the silver building. I have areas that are both fenced and open. We are part of the Epic Creative Co-Op, and home to The Woodlands Art League. This will be a fun place for both you and your dog. I only allow 1 owner at a time on the property. If you arrive and I am not here, the fenced area behind the Epic Mancave is what you are renting. Absolutely no pool parties are allowed! If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 18 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Includes a shaded seating area with ceiling fans, an indoor bathroom, doggy shower, towels & toys. I invest in professionally done pest management that regulary treats the yard with a pet-safe mosquito repellent.The house is located at the end of the cul-de-sac which means it more quiet than other parts of the subdivision. I have plenty of parking space in my driveway.
