We have one full acre fully fenced with 4' high goat/sheep woven wire fencing. About 1/3 of it is open grassy field and the other 2/3 is nice shady woods. We in the process of over seeding the field to make the grass more lush this spring. We have added a few surprises down in the woods to make it more fun for our guests and their fur babies. There is an open lean-to where there are dog toys like frisbees and balls availble. There is also be a cute backdrop as a photo op for the dogs.

Great area to take your pups ! There is no fence but as long as the listen decent they have all the room in the world to run . Because of its size I will try to host more than one dog at a time . There is a lake to swim and almost fully wooded. Thanks again for taking the time .

Calling all Furr babies! 🐶❤️. Time to run & roam freely on 2.9 fully fenced acres in Wadsworth Township. We have a fully fenced front yard & back yard with gates to separate both! There is also a non fenced portion of our land with a bit taller brush & trees far beyond our fence line that is a beautiful back drop as well. Located in Wayne County on our 70 year old, 5 generation family farm. With a partial of 12 acres, part of 50+ acres owned by immediate family, there is fresh air and plenty of room to run and play. Consisting of 2 fields and partial wooded area, free from chemicals and pesticides, the fields of clover, Timothy, and alfalfa attract deer and other wildlife in the area. There is a creek that flows during the rainy seasons however, usually dries up during the dryer months.

It is extremely important around lake when iced over that you dog stay with you, leash around lake trail for safety if they will run ahead. Also you may need to park at gate and walk in if you do not have 4x4 ** * please check messages, I send out first timers info msgs and other information msgs that you may need to know* Dog paradise! Trails throughout, 3 acre lake, fenced in 24 acres. So much to do and explore. This is a natural area including woods and lake. Recall is still important. A great spot for recall training. We check fence regularly the best we can and I run 4x4 each morning to try and move out any wildlife. However It is such a large space if your pup does not stick with you. There could be times during day when we may miss if a critter has dug out under fence or branch has fallen. You know your dog(s) so use your best judgement if you feel they will be safe. It really is such an awesome space, we have learned after buying it is actually an old sandstone rock quarry! You will see lots a rocks throughout trails. Please watch steps for rocks and roots on trails. We have a small farmyard with ducks, chickens and pigs. They are fenced in their own area. Main trail in woods comes out behind the farm. If you are unsure of how dogs will react please leash while passing to ensure safety of all. We hope you and your dog(s) have the best time and enjoy 🐾 Hours- because of the way the property is set up we can only regularly open certain times. Sit back and relax while your dog runs around in our fully fenced-in yard (6ft privacy fence). Our quiet neighborhood is the perfect playtime oasis for dogs of all sizes and behaviors. Our neighbors next to us do NOT have dogs, but occasionally, you may hear children playing. We have two dogs in the house, but they rarely bark, and we will try to have them upstairs when you are here. My husband is often working from home, but he will not leave the office or bother you when you are here. The deck and all dog amenities (toys, water bowl, poop bags, hose) are available for you to use. The water valve for the hose is behind the couch on the deck. We just ask that you turn off the hose, pick up poop, and fully latch the gate on your way out. Poop bags can go in the bucket on the stone bench. Parking is available on the street, or you can park on the parking pad. Enter and exit through the gate on the left side of the house (when facing the house from the street). Thanks so much! ☺️
