We have 16 acres, some wooded, some open. Stream runs near farm on township property less than 50 feet from our property line. We also offer a petting zoo for an additional fee with goats, sheep, rabbits, chinchillas, pot belly pig, peacocks, pheasants, doves, pigeons, chickens and more to come. We can also do fire pits in the future upon request as well as other amenities which might be popular here.

I am about 1.5 miles from route 283 so if you are traveling and need a sniff spot, I am right here! I just added a very basic wash station.

Welcome to our 1 acre fully fenced private dog park! Some quick tips, make sure to look for our brick driveway as some GPS systems will navigate to our neighbors house. The gates are cattle style gates, to enter the backyard lift straight up on the back metal lever and push forward. Our fencing is mostly split rail fencing with some privacy fencing as well. There is wire around the entire perimeter to ensure safety. If you have extra small or toy size dogs I would recommend caution, but the fence is secure. We occasionally hear some dogs barking in our neighborhood, and my dogs on occasion but rarely may bark as well. I would also note that there are a few indoor/outdoor cats in our neighborhood that can be seen from time to time. There is a train that runs along the back of the house beyond the fence up on the hill. The dogs never seem to mind it though! Other than that, it is a very quiet neighborhood. I hope you enjoy!

Our yard is the perfect place for dogs to explore, burn off energy, and enjoy some off-leash fun—all while you relax in peace. What to Expect: Exclusive Use: Your dog(s) will have the entire yard to themselves! Please be mindful of your booking time to ensure a smooth transition for all visitors, especially if the dog before you prefers solitude. Amenities: We provide a chuck-it launcher, and balls for playtime. Need cushions for the deck chairs? Feel free to grab them from the container by the grill on the deck. Toys are in there too. How to Access: Park in the driveway near the fence. Open the gate and step into your private dog haven! Dispose of waste in the black trash bin near the garage. (Look for the Sniffspot sign, though it might shift occasionally!) Special Accommodations: If you or your dog have specific needs, let us know so we can ensure your visit is as enjoyable as possible.

We are actually in EVANSBURG, which is on the Eagleville side of the Collegeville bridge. WE HAVE NOT USED ANY CHEMICALS on our yard for over 16 years.
