Unfortunately our home was flooded from Hurricane Helena so until further noticed we will be closed. We hope to be back soon! Come let your dogs play in this beautiful pool with an intercoastal view. A large ledge for romping around for those pups that are a little unsure! The pool is heated in winter and chilled in the summer months. There's also a fenced in play area and complimentary off-street parking! If there's a time that you don't see available, please contact me personally, and I may be able to accommodate you, especially if you are a returning customer. Please remember that I am on Clearwater Beach, and traffic can be backed up depending on your timing, so give yourself some extra time.

Dogs can be off-leash in the dog park and must be on-leash everywhere else (prior to entering and when leaving). Do not leave your dog unattended. Dogs must be under the control of visual or oral commands when off-leash. Entrance and Exit gates must remain closed at all times. Owners must carry a leash at all times. Owners must immediately clean up after their pets and fill any holes their pets dig. Owners are legally responsible for their pets and injuries caused by them. All dogs shall wear visible licenses and dog name identification with contact number. All dogs must be healthy, de-wormed, legally licensed and vaccinated. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised and stay with adults at all times. Do not permit young children to approach strange dogs without the owner’s permission. Dogs with a known history or dogs exhibiting dangerous behavior are prohibited. Puppies under four months and dogs in heat are prohibited. Be considerate of others. Dogs that bark persistently must be removed from the premises. There is a three dog limit per person, per visit. For the safety of the dogs and other users, no smoking or food or glass containers is allowed in the fenced area.

Service dogs are welcome in county parks and must be on a leash. Pet dogs are welcome in county parks and must be on a leash, but are not allowed on boardwalks and observation towers. All dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the park. Park closes at sunset. Patrons use the dog park at their own risk. Handlers are liable for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s). Handlers are limited to three dogs. Dogs shall be licensed, vaccinated and display tags on their collar at all times. Dogs in heat are prohibited. Handler must be 16 years of age or older. Children younger than 12 are not permitted without a responsible adult. Handler must control their dog and attend to it at all times. Handler must carry a leash with them at all times while in the park. Handler is responsible for picking up and disposing of their dog’s waste in designated receptacles. No Dogs Younger Than 4 Months Old. Check with your veterinarian before introducing a puppy to the dog park. No Aggressive Dogs Handlers must stop their dogs from digging and are responsible for filling any holes their dog makes. No Excessive Barking No Dog Bathing in the Park. No Food or Smoking within the Fenced Area.

GPS does not take you to the correct location so please please read my welcome message before pulling into property**** ****Please visit the extra’s section to add on the pool at an tadditional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

Large fenced in backyard with lots of amenities for you and your four legged friends. There is a large lanai with full bathroom that includes a shower area for your pets. You can use the pool or we can put up the safety fence. Additionally we have a small kiddie pool for dogs that like to splash around or just prefer drinking from a giant water bowl. Hi there! With over 35 years of experience in pet care, I’m passionate about providing a safe, fun, and loving environment for all pets. At my home, your dog(s) will enjoy plenty of playtime in a peaceful, small fenced area—and we have a small to medium in ground saltwater pool for those who love to swim! *The pool is NOT heated and is cold during the fall and winter months. Due to the screened enclosure, it can be a little cool in the spring and summer. During your visit, my pets and any pets we are sitting will be put up, and we will do our best to keep the barking to a minimum. You’ll have access to the patio area and saltwater swimming pool. Please feel free to bring any toys or towels your pup(s) may need, especially if they plan to swim. We have a water bowl and hose available if needed. Whether your dog enjoys running, swimming, or lounging, we strive to ensure their time here is enjoyable and stress-free. Looking forward to welcoming you and your pup(s)!

My yard is it in a residential area with a homeowners association approval you will love my yard. Cannot do this without homeowners association approval! I do not have homeowners insurance, so any damage to the humans or the dogs is on you people! My driveway and the street is only place for people to park and it’s a limited time! Parking in the street is against the law here but the homeowners association allows it for a short period of time.

Front yard is the biggest area with 4’ high wood fence. Side yard and back is fenced with 6’ high fence. Plenty of parking on the street in front of house. Chairs are around the property. Hose is available for water. If you would like your dog to go in the pool, charge applies and granted access needed.
