Please enter through the GATE RIGHT OF THE HOUSE - please see pictures for location. 1b- Please keep dog’s leashes on upon entering and exiting the spot. 2- There are garden chairs and a bench, please feel free to use them. 3- There is a box filled with fun dog toys and a couple of dog treats for you all to enjoy. 4- There is a water hose and a bowl, please feel free to use them. 5- We would appreciate if you left the backyard as you found it. IMPORTANT: ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED WHEN ENTERING AND EXITING THE SNIFFSPOT, AND THE LEASH SHOULD BE KEPT WITHIN EASY REACH FOR QUICK ACCESS. **Update as of 5/17/25. The grass is freshly cut and the yard is immaculate!** We have somewhere between a third to a half acre in our backyard, fully enclosed with a 5 to 7-ft wood fence. We have shady spots, but there also aren't too many trees, so there is plenty of room to play fetch and run around. Amenities include two different size jumps, a spring-loaded tug rope attached to a tree, a small dog tunnel, furniture on the lower deck for you to sit down, a hammock, and a trampoline.

Arrival Notes: • Parking: Please park along the right hand side of the house. • Dog Etiquette: Kindly keep your dogs leashed and off the front lawn. They can relieve themselves in the designated circle or elsewhere if necessary, but please minimize their presence on the front lawn. • Dog Waste: Dispose of all bagged dog waste in the trash can with the black lid in front of the garage before leaving. • Entrance and Exit: Access the field from either the path behind the garage or the gravel path on the right hand side of the driveway. The side yard next to the garage is off-limits. • Supplies: Dog bags are available in the boxes attached to the fence. There is a water bowl next to the hose bib for your convenience. Additionally, a picnic table, chairs, bug spray, and hand sanitizer are provided for your use. • Further Exploration: At the bottom of the stairs, another single gate with more dog bags provides access to the field, creek, and wooded walk. Please leash your dogs beyond this point unless they have excellent recall. Wildlife such as deer, foxes, raccoons, rabbits, hawks, and even beavers may be encountered. • Paths: To the left, a path leads through the woods, up the hill, and around the garage. On the right-hand side of the field, a gravel path leads back up to the driveway. You are welcome to explore the property with your dog(s). Description: • Property Overview: The property spans five acres and includes half an acre of fully fenced lawn, wooded paths, and an open field bordered by Popes Head Creek. Dogs enjoy running and playing off-leash in the fenced lawn area, and there are designated spots like a fire hydrant in the pea gravel area and a sandbox for their use. The creek offers a refreshing spot for dogs to explore and cool off. The property also provides numerous picturesque opportunities in all seasons. Dog Toys: • You are welcome to use the toys I just ask that you return them before you leave. Dog Limitations: • Limit: We allow up to 4 dogs per reservation. If you wish to bring more or arrange a play date, please contact us to discuss it. Vehicle Limitations: • Vehicles: Each reservation allows a maximum of 2 vehicles. If you plan to bring a third vehicle, please add "Extra - Extra Vehicle" to your reservation and inform us to ensure adequate space. Child Supervision: • Children: Children under 18 must be supervised at all times. Parents are liable for any damage caused by their children. I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!

We call it Vaikunth which means Heaven. We feel that no matter what stress we are going through, our backyard always calms us down. Backyard of an Estate Home in Shenstone Farms. Open & fresh air & has a lovely view. Completely doggy fenced. Wood with wire. The yard has a slope as it is on a hill although quite a bit of it is flat. Come check us out if you like peace, tranquility & and zen atmosphere despite being right off of Route 7.

Large fenced in backyard. Open space to run and play. Patio with umbrella table and four swivel chairs. If the chairs are tipped up onto the table when you arrive, please feel free to put them back down on the patio. I tip them up, as the birds are active in that area, and I am trying to keep the chairs clean of bird poop. Two trees for shade. Various dog toys that are cleaned after each visit. A bag to put used/dirty toys in. A bug zapper with a light that hangs from the umbrella handle. It needs to be turned on and off with the rubber button tabs. I recharge it after visits. A kiddie pool as an extra (June - September). Lights for nighttime play! Please park in the street in front of the house. Enter through the gate on the right side of the house. If I have advance notice and I am home, I will leave a cold bowl of filtered water on the back steps. Bug spray, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, paper towels, dog treats, and a dog first aid kit are in the bin on the umbrella table.  If you bring your own bowl and I wasn’t able to leave one out, please feel free to use the hose and water from the spigot on the back of the house to the right of the sunroom behind the umbrella table. Please make sure you turn it off when you are finished. Water to that spigot will be winterized (turned off) once the temperature drops below 32° and will be de-winterized (turned on) in the spring when the temperatures warm up. There will always be a jug of fresh filtered water on the back steps for use. There is a garbage can with a plastic bag in it on the left side of the door to the shed for discarding your poop bags. Please knot your poop bags and make sure the lid is closed tight. The spigot on the right front of the shed is not potable but can be used for cleaning or cooling your dog down. The spigot tends to spray, so stand as far to the left as you can when turning it on if you don’t want to get wet! This system will be winterized (turned off) during the winter months. New toys will be added and rotated on a regular basis. Toys can be found in the plastic bin on the patio table. Please feel free to help yourself to what is in the bin, keeping in mind to leave some clean toys for the next guest in case I am not home to clean them in-between visits. Please place any toys that you used in the bag hanging on the umbrella handle so I know which ones need to be cleaned. After each use, I wash and sanitize each of the toys that were used. I just added a small bug zapper. The bug zapper is hanging from the handle of the umbrella. Push the ON switch to turn it on, and you will see a blue glow. There is also a button to turn a light on that gets brighter in three stages. This bug zapper needs to be charged, so when you leave, please remember to turn it off. Please try to keep your dog from walking into or laying in the decorative grass around the perimeter of the sunroom. In the Spring/Summer there will be an 18 inch high green metal fence in front of the back garden. Please try to keep your dog(s) from jumping the fence so that the flowers can grow and bloom for all of our enjoyment. The wooden bench in front of the garden recently became wobbly, and it may not be stable to sit on. I am looking into getting it fixed.  I am working on building a designated digging area and will notify guests as soon as it is complete. Please disregard any bare spots in the grass. I am trying to dig out and get rid of the patches of crabgrass that have taken over the yard since opening Snoopy’s SniffSpot, due to not using any pesticides or chemicals for the safety of the dogs. These bare areas will be reseeded as soon as possible. I may end up putting short fences around the newly seeded areas in order to keep the spot open and keep the seeded areas able to grow. Our spot is 10 acres of open flat land with a large farm pond. It's perfect for dogs that love to swim, play long distance fetch, or just run in open space. Welcome to our spacious, fully fenced 0.25-acre yard in Odenton, Maryland—perfect for off-leash fun, relaxation, and a refreshing swim! Amenities include: Swimming Pool - Available for both dogs and their human companions. Starting Wednesday, April 9, the pool will be open for use. Please note that water temperatures are currently below 60°F. While humans are welcome to swim, cold water can pose a risk of hypothermia. All guests who choose to enter the pool do so at their own risk. Secure Fencing - The yard is enclosed with a 5-foot wooden privacy fence. A few boards have become loose over the winter and are scheduled for repair over the next few weeks. While the yard remains generally secure, we recommend maintaining visual contact with any dog that may be a flight risk, just as a precaution. On-Site Dogs: Occasionally, we board up to four dogs on-site. They are kept calm and separated during guest visits to ensure a peaceful experience. Come enjoy a private, safe, and fun environment for your dogs to run, play, and swim!

Your dog will love running free on our groomed trails, splashing in the creek and speeding through our large open field.
