The sniffspot is in a secluded area with a beautiful pond and porch area. Has a dock that is about a 8ft+ drop to the water so not ideal for dock diving but still a very fun place to take the pups for a swim!

This is a beautiful slice of paradise. Plenty of space to run and swim for the pups. Very clean with thoughtful amenities like dog towel and waste bags. Will definitely be back again!

Amazing place for dogs to run and swim. So nice to have a clean safe place where dogs can swim and explore. Host nicely had toys, towels, and anything you could need. Will definitely be back many times in the future.

This location is what Sniffspot dreams are made of. It is far enough away from the road to feel safe letting dogs off leash, and while there is no fence, there are visual barriers with the edge of fields. The hosts welcomed us as if we were friends, and provided everything they could to make us comfortable. We and our dogs had an amazing time!

Can’t state enough how perfect of a spot this place is. The owners even leave out towels, toys, and bags. Took 3 dogs today and they had a blast swimming and running like crazy.

This sniff spot was incredible! I had been looking for the perfect swimming hole to cement my golden's love of water and this was the perfect setup of a easy transition into the water from the shoreline, clear and calm water, and plenty of green space to run around nearby. We had a great time and are sad that we found this so close to the end of the summer

My mom and I love The Farm just as much as the dogs do. It’s very peaceful and the scenery is beautiful. It also brings us joy to see the dogs so happy. They run and explore the entire time we are there. It’s so nice to know the whole area is fenced in and the dogs can’t run off. We drive about 1 hour to get to The Farm but it is definitely worth it! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful property with us!

We have a reactive border collie so it’s hard to find places to really give him a good run without distraction of other dogs or people. This is by far the BEST space in the Ann Arbor and surrounding area. It’s well maintained, has a small wooded trail, fields with pathways mowed in them, and a little agility circle. One of my dogs loved running through the brush while the other herded her. Lots of free smells and enrichment! Will definitely be repeat visitors.

Beautiful spot, my 2 dogs are Husky mix and they love to run. They had the best time, running until they were pooped out. The grounds are nicely laid out with a walking trail and a mix of meadow and woods. And a stream for the dogs to get a drink. We had a great time.

We went when it was raining and cold, unfortunately. Can’t predict the weather! But our girl still had a blast for the half hour she could stand to be out playing in it. She especially loves the pond. We can’t wait to be back in better weather! THANK YOU for providing a safe space for our timid rescue pup to play 🥰

Don’t forget to bring towels. During the wet season The Farm can get a bit soggy. Our pup loved splashing through all the marsh. Also, keep an eye on your pup’s mouth. Our youngest found two dead field mice and was quite pleased with his “party gifts.” 🤭

Alas, I cannot share any photos from this visit - they're all a blur because the woods and trails at the back of the property were enough to keep my dog running at full speed for the full hour. A delightful afternoon at The Farm to be followed by a very quiet evening (she is already fast asleep) - success!
