My dogs enjoyed their first visit to a Sniffspot, although it was a little hot for their human! Lots of places for them to explore and plenty of amenities for dogs and their people. Chyrle (the host) was easy to contact and responded quickly when I had a question about accessing the yard. I plan to visit again when it's a little cooler.

If I could give this 10 stars, I would. Our eight month old golden doodle had no experience with water. It was so fun to have him try out the splash pad first and then the swimming pool. He absolutely loved it. This place is perfect for dogs and was completely set up. It had a great sniff area with both rocks in grass and then a separate pool and little splash pad. We will be back.

Beautiful spot. Quiet, peaceful. Dog loved the pool, big enough to get healthy distance laps in. Pool egress is simple at one end (stairs) so it took only 30 seconds to get him oriented. Lots of parking and space. Only used the pool portion. Will be back

We have a Chesapeake Bay Retriever that loves water. Coming to the desert in the winter is not as much fun for him as it is for us. Chyrle is kind enough to provide a wonderful spot for dogs who love to swim! The pool is always clean and there are towels if you didn’t bring any. There is a water bowl and poop bags if needed. It is so easy getting from car to the pool and back and you don’t have to disturb anyone. We couldn’t be happier or more grateful to have found Chyrle’s pool on Sniffspot and our dog couldn’t agree more!

It’s tough to be a Chesapeake Bay Retriever when your owners are snowbirds. There aren’t a lot of places to swim in the desert so the best thing that ever happened to Percy is when we discovered Chyrle’s pool on Sniffspot. She is the kindest most accommodating person and Percy looks forward to every visit to her place. Swim day is his favorite day of the week and we really appreciate Chyrle making it available for him.

Large yard/grassy area for dogs to explore and run. On the other side of the house through a different gate is a large pool area for them to play in. My dogs loved both areas.

A peaceful paradise. Had to make my dogs leave. They explored and definitely had the sniff experience. Loved laying on the cool pavers. Lots of toys, green grass, towels and misc doggie lotions and potions. This was our first outing booked on the app. My host was beyond gracious, helping me through the process. Just a great happy experience for all of us! I brought all 4 of my dogs-plenty of room! 10stars!

The host was so nice and understanding when the elements (heavy rain and thunder) prevented us from being able to enjoy this spot. They were quick to offer help, and overall great at communicating with us before, during and even after our reservation. The yard was beautiful and secure and we can’t wait to bring our pups back here when the sun is out!

We love this place. Even though it was 110° the backyard has enough shade and my boy likes to just roam around. There’s all kinds of nooks and crannies for him to explore. Then we go over to the side with the pool and it was very refreshing and we had a great swim.

Chyrle was very accommodating when we ran into our scheduling occurring at the same time as a monsoon storm. ⛈️ The pool was a ton of fun for the pups. We will have to make a return visit to try out the rest of the yard.

Are dog parks good for dogs?

It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.

Are dog parks safe?

While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks.
