We are also a Training Facility where people can learn to train their pups! The Canine Lifestyle Center (CLC) A tenth of an acre is perfect for agility or for an indoor place to run and play, away from distractions, and with a private bathroom you won't need to leave the space well here! Training Room West This space is smaller and less private but a great space for those with people loving dogs or those wanting to work on their pup's training privately who may lose focus on you when others are around! Behavior Room This space is a similar size to our Training Room West but is a private space with its own entrance and easy access to the front office if you need to use the bathroom or have a question! This space is climate-controlled and a nice space to play or practice with a small agility course or even introduce your pup to new games such as Nose Work! No One will enter the room you book unless you specifically ask for someone to come in. You will have the space completely to yourself until your booked time is over. Please let us know what space you would like to use when booking by adding your room choice to the "add a note to your host" and stating Canine Lifestyle Center, Training Room West, or Behavior Room. We were overthinking it and didn't realize at first that when you have parked (Jessica provides great directions) you are already inside the fenced SniffSpot - we were looking for an additional gate but no need, you're already there. There were neighbor horses but our dog is scared of them and we were able to stay on the other side of the property easily. A great find!

Lots to explore! There’s definitely one side of the property that’s busier but theres also a quieter side. Utilized the 9foot area for the last half of the stay after my dog broke the porch rule (sorry!) Pretty cool that they have the option for it!

This place is exactly as described! Parts were open and other parts had more trees. It provided plenty of room for the dogs to run around and enough variety that they could spend time exploring. It was clean, safe, and fully fenced.

Me and Luka loved it! Fully fenced and tons of vegetation and trees to explore, he even splashed in the pond! Great way to practice recall in a safe environment! One side does have horses and a neighbor with dogs if your dog is reactive but lower half is far away and quiet. Jessica has great instructions and directions, much appreciated that you let the public enjoy your property!

There was a neighbor dog who was out that did bark occasionally but there was so much space that I just kept my dogs away from that side of the fence. Jessica's Sniffspot was amazing! My dogs are older and don't get along with dogs they don't know. Lucy my beagle was able to run around and sniff everything without us holding her back or getting tangled on the leash! Bean my mix was able to play fetch as much as she wanted! There was plenty of space for us to walk around as well, almost like we were on an off-leash hike. And the view was beautiful! This spot was everything we could have asked for.

What a perfect spot! Well worth the trip from Denver. Tons of space, secure fencing, flat space to run, hills to climb, and so many areas to explore and smells to smell. Jessica is very responsive and gives excellent instructions and tips for a smooth visit. Dogs could be heard in the distance and horses are in neighboring property, but that wasn’t a problem at all and my pup is pretty reactive. Can’t wait to come back!

They give detailed instructions prior to arrival and checked on us & offered support when it started to hail. Gotta love that Colorado weather. This sniff spot was our favorite one so far! And we’ve been to 10 or so. There are so many places for your pup to sniff and jump like log piles. But also tons of open space for dogs to run. Fence was very secure and we have an escape artist. BEAUTIFUL view, we brought a blanket and sat for a while. Was cautious of neighbor dogs as one of our dogs is very reactive, but we didn’t see them come out until we were leaving. Easily avoidable if you know where they are. Absolutely recommend and we can’t wait to come back!!!

Such a great and safe spot for our dogs. We have 3 golden retrievers who love to run and they tired themselves out here! They found some water to play in and loved the open fields to have the zoomies. They got so excited when they saw the horses as well. Lots of great space to sniff, play, and run! There is a small section close to the front that shares a fence with a neighbor that does have dogs. Just be aware if your dogs are barrier reactive or fence fight the neighbor dogs will engage. Otherwise it was a fun day for our 3 that included seeing deer, birds, and other wildlife!

Terrific spot with a bit of everything. Fully secured. My 2 dogs had a dip in the pond, a run around, many sniffs. There are horses nearby, but well fenced away, and we did see one dog on an adjacent property, but behind a fence, and my 2 paid no heed. Nice and shady for summer, and great views.
