All Breed Rescue & Training is a non-profit organization that helps dogs that were deemed unadoptable for whatever reason and were facing euthanasia. We are also a Training Facility where people can learn to train their pups! We teach anything from Basic Obedience and Puppy socialization classes to more Advanced classes and even some fun classes like Nose Work. We also offer behavior training to help those who have dogs that struggle with behavioral issues. If you are interested in training please reach out to us on our website haveanicedog.org We have three spaces available for renting! The Canine Lifestyle Center (CLC) A tenth of an acre is perfect for agility or for an indoor place to run and play, away from distractions, and with a private bathroom you won't need to leave the space well here! Training Room West This space is smaller and less private but a great space for those with people loving dogs or those wanting to work on their pup's training privately who may lose focus on you when others are around! Behavior Room This space is a similar size to our Training Room West but is a private space with its own entrance and easy access to the front office if you need to use the bathroom or have a question! This space is climate-controlled and a nice space to play or practice with a small agility course or even introduce your pup to new games such as Nose Work! No One will enter the room you book unless you specifically ask for someone to come in. You will have the space completely to yourself until your booked time is over. Please let us know what space you would like to use when booking by adding your room choice to the "add a note to your host" and stating Canine Lifestyle Center, Training Room West, or Behavior Room. You may also request any amenities we offer to be in that space before you arrive. This set price is for sniffspot users only and does not translate over to existing rental pricing on our official website haveanicedog.org

Looking for adventure? Want a whole peaceful 7 acres all to yourself? Want unobstructed views of Pike’s Peak and the entire Sangre de Cristino range? It’s all here! 🏔️🏔️🏔️ This beautiful 7 acres is fully fenced in with 4ft fencing. There is also a designated 2500sq/ft 9ft-high fenced area on the property you’re welcome to utilize if your dog is an avid jumper or for training. This gorgeous property boasts mature Ponderosas, rolling hills, grassy areas & much more! It is suggested that you survey the property with your doggo on leash until you get familiar with the area. There is a dug out water area that freezes over in Winter and gets a bit muddy in Spring/Summer. You're welcome to get your doggo a drink, or rinse your doggo off @ the well head spigot near the house. Pics attached to your review are GREATLY appreciated! Thank you to all of my members and customers that have already posted. I plan on starting Insta/TikTok specifically for Valkyrie soon! Have a great time on this adventurous property!! We absolutely loved Lauren’s 3 acre fenced in sniff spot! It was so amazing to let our dogs run free in such a large fenced in area! They had it all to themselves! The agility corse was so fun for the pups. Stunning views too! Very easy to find, super clean and I highly recommend!

This was our 2nd time back and we had even more fun this time! It’s so nice to have a fully fenced in area for our pups to run and play! They love climbing on the agility corse and the view is so gorgeous to take in while they play! Very peaceful and fun! We walked the perimeter of the fenced in area and it was fun for our dog to see the horses! We will be back again!

We had such a lovely time here! Our dog loved having some leash-free time to explore and I loved being able to see him no matter where he roamed. Thoughtfully set up with agility equipment, toys, fresh water on tap for drinking and equipment to both pick up and dispose of waste. Lauren was so kind to work with us to accommodate a last-minute schedule change. Would absolutely return!

Great spot! My dogs loved running through the tall grass and sloshing through the pond. One of my dogs found some dog poop and rolled in it. Bad manners on his part. Other than that, we were all happy with our visit!

It was beautiful and fun to romp around. There were a lot of barking dogs at the fence by the horse property, so may not be a good off-leash area for training reactive dogs. With a long lead it was still a lot of fun running through the tall grasses and flowers. Might also be important to know that if you have a dog that would be inclined to escape, the space under the gate would probably let them wriggle out.

Such a great experience for our first sniff spot! The property is totally fenced in securely and we had no issues with neighboring dogs or horses. My dogs have seen very few horses so I was worried about their reaction, but they were too distracted by everything to care! Lots of wood piles and a fun little rain pond that they loved. We’ll be back!

My dogs LOVED this space. Fully fenced open land, small pond, and varying terrain kept my pups so happy and entertained. It was one of my dog’s first time seeing a horse through a fence he was very excited. The host was wonderful at communicating access and location prior to our visit. It was lovely to escape the city for a bit. 10/10 would visit again.

Lots of room to walk around and lots of smells for the dogs. Wood piles around the property our dogs liked climbing on. Horses nearby are an interesting sight for the dogs but a large chunk of the property you can’t see them if you want to stay out of sight. Nice property!
