Summer's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Richland

Fully fenced back yard! Entrance gate is at the front of the house to the left. Fence is 6’ along half the front, one side, and along the back. Rest of fence is 4’ along the other side and front of house. The yard is half grass and half concrete patio. In the summer/fall there are persimmon, pear, plum, jujube, and cherry trees to pick from! In our space you’ll have access to two goodie baskets, one for the people and one for the pups. The people basket has hats, gloves, and blankets (in the winter months), snacks, water bottles, hand sanitizer, and dog bags. The pup basket has a couple treat options, a clean water pitcher to refill their bowl, a towel to dry them off, some toys and a brush and nail clippers. You’re more than welcome to bring your own toys and equipment as well! All towels, stuffed toys, gloves, hats, and blankets are washed in hot water and run through a sanitize cycle after each visit, regardless of use. They’re squeaky clean and safe for you to use! There’s seating on the patio and a fire pit available if requested. Please use the pooper scooper/dog bags and garbage can to clean up after your dog before you leave. We hope you enjoy our space!

This was our first time using Sniffspot and we loved it. Fletcher Farm is a great area for fetch or chase and they provide ball launchers. It was very clean, with the exception of one #2. This location is ideal for reactive dogs, we could not see or hear any other pups.

Great property with all the amenities. We brought our own jolly balls. The site is level making it a great pasture to play ball in. We’ll definitely will be back.

Clean and safe for the dogs. The SniffSpot area is a plain rectangle that also has seating for the humans plus water and toys for the dogs.

The field was partially submerged in water due to all the rain, but the space itself was still in quite good condition! The dogs had so much fun running around, playing, and sniffing. Will definitely plan to come again!

I rated 5 stars because I like this spot and the owners who keep it very nice. However, in the rainy season this is not my favorite spot. Half of it is is very wet and muddy with standing water..just messy. I wish it could be fenced off and I would still come as the spot is still large. It's a great place during drier season.

Easy to find and get to location. Big area with toys and water bowls. I especially like they provided cleaner so u could clean the bowls before and after use. It was muddy but the dogs loved it!

Such a great spot. Large flat land to have zoomies until there are no zoomies left. Pickle and Ophelia loved all the nature sounds and the ability to just explore. We’ll be back!

Plenty space for your pup. You can hear dogs in adjoining properties but my dog never saw them, a human can see them. Water available and toys too, bring a towel and be prepared to deal with muddy paws.

Love this place! Muddy currently due to weather on one half so if you aren't ok with that might not be a good fit but 70-80% of it is not muddy, however I don't mind the puppy getting muddy he loves it and has so much fun!

Grounds were a little mucky due to rain earlier in the week but my dogs didn't mind a bit! Lots of ducks nesting on the other side of the fence in marshy area. (they were far enough away my dogs didn't notice them at all) Pretty views of Cougar and Squak mountains. Did not see any poo from previous visitors, water bowls were clean and hung up and fresh water available in construction coolers. Variety of toys provided.

This is a great Sniffspot. All sorts of toys so you don’t need to worry if you forgot yours and a nice large completely fenced area to run. They provide water and bowls and bags for cleanup along with scoop shovels. My dogs had a great time and we will definitely be back.
